Burger King — Restaurant in North Towanda Township

There is no option lower than one star - a minus rating would suffice.

One vehicle in front of me at the ordering speaker - they must've ordered something that had to be shipped in from Pakistan, because the "fast food" wait was a solid 10 minutes to place my order.

I ordered a bacon and cheese Whopper combo meal with the fries as NO SALT. I was waiting at the window for my order and watched an employee stroll through the cashier's area. She looked directly at me and reached over the divide between the cashier's area and the fries station, stuck her hand in MY fries, snatched up some potatoes, and popped them into her mouth while she was looking straight at me with a surly, "Yeah? Do something about it," expression. I was nearly speechless.

I asked the cashier if I had just seen that employee dive into my fries, and she said (QUOTE), "I told her to stop it, but she won't listen." Needless to say, I took my meal and drove on........then I was so outraged at the actions of that employee and her demeanor that I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. The manager kept saying that she was sorry and that she's going to school full-time..........but, she NEVER offered a compensation for what her employee did.

The employee in question violated EVERY health law through her action and the manager said that she would receive a "warning." In my day, anyone working in the food services industry that had the unmitigated audacity to eat food prepared for a customer in full view OF the customer would have been fired on the spot. Not only because the action was arrogant, but because of the health codes that could have resulted in the restaurant being shut down.

Folks.............."fast food" is entirely too expensive these days to tolerate the food quality and the audacity of sullen, arrogant, and entitled people who care so little about their place of employment as to risk a shutdown because they're idiots. Buy burger meat, cheese, and buns and make YOUR burgers YOUR way...

This place is a total garbage can. The people who work here are straight up shady. There are known drug deals that take place through the back doors. Reportedly there were also drug deals happening through the drive through using Burger King bag. When I was a kid, I remember vividly that this place was so cool. My parents never fed us McDonald’s. But as I got older, the place went so far down hill. The food is never even warm. The staff is rude. Additionally, I am almost always shorted a sandwich or fry. Which is understandable for it to happen once. I worked in fast food in high school and some people don’t care. Usually high school workers. It’s fast food, there is no accountability. But they always short me something here. Always. My family is too nice to call and complain. But that means someone doesn’t get something to eat, and we paid for it! They need a...

See, I have no problem with the workers or service at our local Burger King, it’s just the fact that the food there is just so awful. I understand that it’s fast food but seriously, it’s just such horrid food.

I hadn’t eaten at a Burger King in about 7 years up until a few weeks ago and the meal was a straight up 0/10. Cold burgers with way too much mayonnaise, fries with an absurd amount of salt, an OK selection of sauces the list just goes on and on for me.

What I expirenced for 2 hours after the meal was pure hell. My stomach ached terribly; I felt like I had just eaten the most unhealthy meal of my life. It was bad. I’ve to the conclusion that BK is the most negative dining experience I’ve ever had and I’ll never eat...
