Giant Eagle Supermarket — Local services in North Union Township

The very worst pharmacy in Fayette County. Pharmacist Nicole acts like she owns the pharmacy and her & her staff are horrible to paying customers. I was verbally attacked in a vicious manner by 2 different employees (Brandyn & Delores) on 3 separate occasions. Store Management. Staff & personal contacts in the store heard the attacks & saw me in tears. Not only did Nicole not reprimand either, she was involved & let it go on. When l contacted Customer Service they did nothing & had me talk to pharmacy supervisor. That guy told me "Well if they do not like you why are you here? You should go elsewhwere" He never reprimanded either however Brandyn was fired for attacking someone else. I may add bot Brandyn & Delores are personal friends of Nicole. Older Cashier Kenny unfriendly and Rude, I travel for work to many towns, cities etc... and like to grab something to buy to eat every night in my hotel room. I don't have a discount savings card or whatever for every grocery store I go to in each city. 99% of the time when the cashier asks for my card I tell them I don't live in that city and don't have one for that particular brand of store so they just key in one so I can get the discount as if I had that stores Discount card. Great Giant Eagle. Shelves are always neatly stocked and very seldom out of anything that I buy. The store is always clean and everything is in its place. They can be a bit higher priced on stuff but I'll pay the extra to continue to get excellent customer service! They still pay cashiers to ring you out providing jobs and in turn helping the local economy by doing so, unlike a couple other big box stores that might have 2 out of 20 lanes staffed expecting you to do self checkout instead of waiting forever in line.
