Thought this would be a fun and inexpensive morning activity for my almost 4 year old. After about 15 minutes my son told me he had to poop so we went to the bathrooms which had signs on saying they were closed and had no water. I talk to an employee serving food at the food court who stated that the whole building had no water. Went to the front desk and they said they opened knowing there was no water as there were people working on a water main in the area and didn't know when this would be fixed. By this point my kid had pooped his pants and was visibly upset and I had nowhere to clean him up. Their solution was for me to drive somewhere to clean him up and then come back. When I insisted on a refund because we would not be coming back they did relent and offer me a full refund, but to be honest that seemed like little consolation after having to clean up my child best I could in a parking lot before a 30+ minute drive home. No idea how somewhere like that is allowed to open without running water or allow customers in without notifying...
Read moreI would highly suggest you hire people who actually enjoy working around children. we just left there and one of your workers told my 3 year old and 5 year old to "move" in a rude tone. I teach my toddlers to say excuse me, someone his age certainly should learn how. And then when my son tried to get in the back part of the train he refused to let him and made him sit in the front with my daughter even though noone else was riding. I mean I paid for it, shouldn't they get to choose where they sit? Your workers look miserable the entire time. And you should also post a sign that your kitchen apparently closes at 5:30. Which is confusing to me since I've been in there plenty of times and ordered food after that. I've always loved spunky monkey for my kids but the last couple times I've went this is how it was. Same people too. And by the way I'm being polite about your one Male worker. I saw someone else review him and they are correct. He should not have a job...
Read moreThis is a beautiful facility. It is immaculately clean. And I would say they are fairly priced for birthday parties. However I think the $10 admission is a little more than I would like to pay. It may work for small families of one or two children. But being a mom of four I don't feel that I get $40 worth of play. My kids generally stay entertained here for one to two hours max. They do offer catering service for parties and you are allowed to bring snacks and cake if you are using a party room. But for regular admission there is no food or drink allowed. Unless purchased from the vending machine inside. I wish they had a discounted rate for large families. I would probably make this a more regular play location for my kids if it was a little less expensive. ( They do offer a 4 month membership but I still think it's a little pricey considering I probably would not come more than...
