Beauty Sweet Workshop Party Entertainment — Local services in Northfield Township

I hate leaving reviews like this but, the owner Donna has really not left me any choice. I booked and paid the deposit for my daughter’s spa birthday party. I reached out to her once with no reply, the second time when I called we did speak and had a nice conversation about the party and ideas. She told me to email her and she was going to email me back pictures of previous parties and the invite she was going to make for the party. Weeks went by and nothing, I sent an email, no reply, another two weeks sent another email and not reply. Several days later I called left a voice mail and a few days after that she TEXTED me back. She was on vacation and would call me the following week when she was back. The day she was supposed to call me came and went. I sent her a text asking and reminding her to please reach out to me. She did not. In the meantime I canceled the party reservation and asked her for my deposit back for several reasons. She did then tell me that it was non refundable but would call me and we could discuss other options. She never called me when she said she was going to- I texted her again. No answer. This was a week ago and still silence. So, she got my $200 deposit, I have to find somewhere to do my daughters party and she just totally has ignored me. I’m really shocked and appalled. I would think twice before using her services. None of it seems too honest to me....

Beauty Sweet Workshop is an adorable place for a party! Our twins had an amazing time at their Spa and Bath Bomb 11th birthday party! From crafting bath bombs to enjoying facial masks, everything was perfect. The girls had a blast learning to make and apply facial masks. Donna, our host, ensured a smooth experience, making it stress-free. The room was charmingly decorated and the fancy drinks were a huge hit with the kids! We had cherry and blueberry slushies served in martini glasses and the kids put pop rocks on top! They took home various bath bombs and beauty spa products. The birthday girls and I got to pick out special gifts, including a lovely oil. Donna even took photos of each guest, providing a mini photo session with good-quality photos to remember the day by. It was truly a fun and memorable experience! I highly recommend it, and they even offer a slime party or a perfume-making party if you prefer something different from spa treatments. We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Beauty Sweet Workshop and could not be happier. Donna’s studio is amazing, she took care of essentially everything for the party (provided kiddie cocktails and ordered pizza) making it so easy to work with her, and the kids had so much fun making bath bombs and slime. One parent even commented it was the “prettiest slime they have ever seen.” :) They were engaged the whole time and took home what they made as their goodie bags which is so much more valuable than the typical party trinkets they throw away.
