Itās just weird to me that I see 1 star reviews left on here of someone that won a free item and because of how USPS can be at times they take it out on the seller. The seller has no control of how fast or slow the shipper is. Even if it wasnāt free, Curtis would gladly help figure out the issue and help solve it. Iāve never seen him be rude to a customer so Iām inclined to think it was the other way around. I have been a customer of Ralphies Funhouse for a long time and probably have bought close to 100 Funko Pops from him and Iāve NEVER had an issue with getting my stuff! My wife and I ordered 2 $100 mystery boxes. Currently, it's been 12 days since we ordered, and we have no information where our order is. The only update we received was that it shipped 2 days after order... that was 10 days ago. Very disappointed. Our excitement to open these boxes was high as it could be watching all the YouTube creators open them and rave about their company.
