Nice apartments, they often do fun resident events. They just charge a lot and will continue to increase every year. Not all the apartments have a garage and they don't include a car port. Maintenance is quick to respond. They did not honor the rent price when we moved in. They stated rent was supposed to be 1600/mo for 3 bedrooms after getting accepted. Before moving in, they increased it to 1800/mo because they had to redo/update the entire apartment after the previous resident. Literally not my fault that they trashed the apartment. So I had to pay for their problems??? We needed somewhere to go so we had no choice at the time. We had an infestation of Asian lady beetles and BEGGED them to take care of it because it was too high to reach with a regular ladder. They had pest control come in and said there’s nothing they could do either. Eventually, they came in to vacuum them up. Literally disgusting trying to live with that. DON’T have little kids and live here. A lot of residents are older and complain about any noise. There is a park for kids but it’s right by a steep hill. It would have been nice to have a higher fence to keep the kids safe/contained. They will also take $$ out of your deposit when you leave for things that the previous resident did to the apartment.. so make sure you video document prior to moving in. Limited parking. Employees constantly will park in the main lot so there’s no room to park by your apartment.

One star is giving too much. If I could leave zero stars i WOULD. This place is NOT worth your time or sanity. The website is nothing how the property is. The apartments have toxic mold, Rotting door frames, High electric bills with zero accountability, neglected landscaping, “They do it themselves” so long grass and weeds everywhere, nothing is kept up with. The office staff is very rude and very cold hearted. They kick people out for no apparent reason. Like they literally pick and choose who can and who can’t live there. Rather your there a month or 5 years. I got my lease renewal and 2 days later went to turn it in and she said. “Unfortunately we aren’t letting you resign your lease After 5 years living there I wasn’t able to resign my lease! Had no plans on moving. Got charged $300 from my internet because I broke my contract moving. Had to find a place last minute and on top of everything during the holiday season! The whole thing was so messed up. Good luck 986 anchor st apt B residents. Document everything because the office staff is conveniently FORGETFUL. They also will block you off social media if they “don’t like you” they shove everything under the bus. Office is too worried about themselves. They will tell you one thing and then lie right to your face. So obviously you see who matters and who doesn’t. People need to know this is not the place to live. KEEP LOOKING!

1 star is already too generous. If you're looking for a place to live that prioritizes your health and well-being, look elsewhere. If you want to put your beloved children and animals in an uninhabitable apartments, you are looking at the right place. These units have TOXIC mold living inside the walls, HVAC closets, and anywhere imaginable. Spore levels were so bad we were forced to leave the apartment after being assured it was safe. Our pet suffered immensely and thousands of dollars in medical bills due to the conditions of this apartment. Roof leaks, water damage on floors. Issues since day 1. Move in day was a disaster and day from hell! Over $300 electric bills. Try to get maintenance to fix issues? They will retaliate and terminate your lease without any reasoning. Do yourself a favor and keep searching. Your health and sanity will thank you. If you do choose to live here, document and email every conversation taken with Mary. Document EVERYTHING. Untrustworthy, Not professional, High levels of neglect, and EXTREMELY rude. Good luck to the next residents especially at 986B Anchor st.

Horrible. Nothing but problems since I moved in. I'm on my 3rd dryer (finally a new one), my second fridge, the stove was broken, dishwasher broken, washing machine didn't work properly (I was able to use my own finally) the a/c didn't work at all when I first moved in (for over 3 weeks), my attached garage still smells like animal waste (I can only assume the previous occupants kept dogs out there, it's a heavy dog pee smell, the odor seeps into the apartment it's so horrible) and since it's not a "liveable" space it's not a priority. My child's iPad was broken by a maintenance worker (of course they denied it) and they will only reimburse what I paid at Verizon to enter a 2 year contract (guess I should be lucky although to replace it is more than double what I paid on the promotional price plus tax & activation--- I was told I was unreasonable to expect a price for replacement). To top it off the floors creek horribly so every time your neighbors above you move you hear it (yes in the middle of the night too). The property is not maintained....a lot of the entry doors to each apartment are rusted, garage doors are dented, none of the trim anywhere is kept up, there's no pride in keeping up appearances. The parking situation is rotten. So no, I do not recommend this place to anyone. For the price you have to pay to live here it is not worth it (I pay $1130.00 a month for a 3 bedroom with an attached garage) I am thankful for a place to live but I sure have had to tolerate a lot living here the past almost 3 months. Some of the issues have resolved but my point to all this is the apartment should have been perfect when I took possession and instead was robbed of every working appliance because it sat empty prior to me moving in therefore they had "inventory" for other residents who had a broken appliance. All the appliances are 13 years old (from when they first opened 13 years ago) and all I can gather is they don't want to buy new if they absolutely don't have to, so no energy efficiency anywhere. Needless to say renewing my lease...

Let me begin by expressing my sheer gratitude for the staff at Shoreline Landing Apartments. We moved here 3 weeks ago and I had so many questions and the office staff could not have possibly been more helpful or kind. Allison, Mary, and Josh not only answered every single question I had, but went the extra mile each time to help me in any way they could and to offer additional information that made my life easier and so enjoyable. I actually had a great time moving. The community here is absolutely gorgeous and so professionally maintained, it's a such a joy to walk out on my deck and just admire the beauty of this place. The people here are so warm and friendly and we absolutely love our neighbors, which is important in making one feel like their home. I have owned a couple of houses in my life and I've rented apartments. In all those years, I can honestly say, I have never ever felt more like I'm home than I do here. I'm grateful to be here and to be able to say, I'm finally home. It's important to me to express my gratitude to Hayden who is one of the maintenance guys here. We had a few things that needed some attention and I have never ever seen anyone work harder or more diligently than Hayden. He has a great personality and is so dedicated to finishing a job properly, and to the best of his ability, that he made phone calls when running into difficulty, and actually left a few times and came back in order to go to the workshop and get any and all tools and items he needed to complete the job and complete it perfectly. While he worked, we also talked and he was very informative about everything he was doing on each job he was working on. . Wow!!! What an immensely great personality and we had lots of laughs along the way!! All in all, I could not be happier in any way than I am now. I can honestly say, thanks to everyone here at Shoreline Landing, it's great to be home!!! Thanks to the entire staff. With my greatest thanks and appreciation,

Andrea...

It comes as no surprise that rates for these apartments go up year after year. These increases do not seem like much per category (trash, water, garage, carport, pet fee, rent, etc.), but when consolidated, you better believe it adds up.

Also, please be warned and do not fall lax of checking your bill on a monthly basis because I fell victim to inflated rates that did not reflect my contract. It took months and months of dispute and many of my phone calls were ghosted in the process. Was the issue resolved? Yes, but It took walking into the office (twice) to have the issued fixed.

Are the apartments nice? You bet! But I must admit one overlooked feature was the fact that the busy roadway (highway?) does not help keep the noise at a minimum, and when you have cars and motorcycles revving up their engines as they zoom on by, then you will shortly come to realize there is no such thing as a peaceful atmosphere until winter arrives. Perhaps keep this thought in mind for it was something I easily overlooked when doing my walkthrough.

Lastly, as a dog owner, I am constantly having to avoid thrown out food in the grass. This food will sit there for days if not weeks and I am not always quick enough to react before my dog takes hold of the expired food. This can be rather detrimental to the dog's health, and especially those who has a sensitive stomach. It would be nice if the people who lived in the apartments cleaned up and used the nearby garbage bins. But sadly that isn't the case.

In addition, it is nice to see all the dog lovers who live here, but one big flaw is that not all dog owners pick up after their dog(s), so do keep an eye out on every step you take, otherwise you will be bringing home an...
