Dollar General — Local services in Norwalk

I went there got lint roller car air freshener hair ties and candy so I could go drive uber. The self checkout wouldn't take my visa gift card and this supposed rude assistant store manager said they don't take visa gift cards why they have the visa symbol then she continued to run her mouth and have attitude and I was trying to log into my checking account to move money and I got berated from a customer and then the store assistant manager kept going getting impatient internet in your store only works so fast. All while I kept my voice calm until j was attacked verbally by the customer and then she canceled my transaction cuz I had the audacity to ask her if she would like to see what.i was doing cuz she treated me like I was lying too her. Omg I have been shopping here for a long time and have worked retail u had an attitude and as far as I am concerned u don't deserve your job. I hope everyone stops shopping here I will continue to go to saint charles where they never have your attitude or treat u like this. All because I asked her why it wasn't taking my visa gift card and also if she was sure it would even take my visa credit card.... I mean it had the visa symbol isn't that supposed to be accepted anywhere. But that's ok dollar tree was very helpful and took my card and didn't get an attitude for asking questions. Oh and on a.sie note the older lady with gray hair running around like a chicken with her head cut off who helped me and at least another guy find what we were looking for I wish they were all like u...... no attitude nice smiling helpful and even I used my manners and didn't have a problem...

Terrible since they remodeled the inside of the store. It's always a mess. Can't find anything. Staff is slow and not helpful. 2 people in line with maybe 20 items each and took 30 minutes to get them checked out. Can't walk down half of the rows in the store because merchandise is piled up on the floor and carts. Its just plainly a mess. I won't ever go...

Honestly the best dollar general I’ve ever been too!! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The store is NOT a cluttered mess of boxes taller than I am of inventory that has not been put on the shelf’s for weeks shelf’s are Not bare and that alone is a rare sight!!!
