Was one of the worsted experiences I ever witnessed. I spent good money đ° for lousy service. It shouldâve been a two day installation which turned into a 4 day installation. After getting my vehicle back I noticed that the alarm was not working and carpet was not attached back to the floor like it was when dropped off. Manager Jake is very rude and definitely not a people person yet alone lacks having customer service. I went in today to have the items fixed and at the same time witnessed Jake the manager get so frustrated with me complaining he handed over the keys to the owner and said I quit. The owner Bruno agreed with me in knowing his manager Jake is definitely rough around the edges. Then after the owner received the keys from Jake he chases after him inside the store to beg him not to leave. A few minutes later the owner Bruno comes outside and tells me that he is losing his business today because of me complaining of the job that was done. The installer Nick was the only one with any customer service there and apologized for what I experienced today. Nick fixed the carpet and alarm and I think he should get a raise because he does have the skills to make sure the customer is satisfied. To the owner Bruno if you are going to lose your business because of one person I donât think you have much of a business in the first place. I believe if you put a new manager in there with a customer friendly attitude and knows how to make people feel like they are important along with their business counts for something I believe may watch your revenue increase. Also hire another installer and quit working Nick so hard and then the manager wonât have to lie to customers on why itâs taking so long to get there vehicle done. Donât Waste Your Time...
   Read moreI called Audio Specialists on Monday and spoke with one of the sales representatives about installing an amplifier in my 2015 Jeep Renegade. We went over what I wanted done. I wanted a 4 channel amp installed powering 2 6x9 front door speakers and bridged to power a small 10" woofer. It was suggested that I use a separate amplifier for my subwoofer. I was quoted $265 for the install.
I went and purchased a second amplifier to power only the subwoofer. I showed up to my appointment and wanted to speak with the technician and go over with him where I'd like the amps installed. He noticed there were 2 amps and he seemed upset. About that time the salesman came out and the technician questioned why there were too amps I tried to explain why and the technician became more agitated and frustrated and said to the salesman you said this would be a 2-3 hour job but this will take all day. I then spoke up and said I could install the second amp as long as a power block was there I'd just run off of it. I was told that would void The warranty.
It had become evident that the installer wasn't interested in performing the work and the salesman had a accusatory tone. At this point I said if you guys aren't interested in doing the work I can go elsewhere. At that point they both turned away and started to walk back inside and sarcastically said you have a good day sir.
I couldn't believe this is how I was treated. I obviously can't recommend this company after this. I just wanted people to be aware of how I was treated this whole interaction. I drove 2 hours...

Purchased $100 pair of Focal 4". One of them started rattling about 3 months into use. I play mostly Zen meditative or gentle music. When I went to have someone look and tell me why it was doing that, they refused to help saying they didn't install them when they did. The sales rep offered to install them as part of the purchase bundle. He then asked me to bring in the speaker so they could test it. I don't carry a screwdriver like that in the car so i asked if I could borrow one to remove the speaker and bring it in. They said they don't have tools to do that and acted like they didn't want to have anything to do with me. On all I felt like I really wasn't given...
