Bomgaars — Local services in Nowata

We need orscheln's back. This is the fourth time that bomgaars has completely dropped the ball I'm a professional electrician takes 30 to 40 minutes on hold trying to see if there's even the parts in stock they can't just search their system. Support set up there. Then it takes three tries for the person that actually go and look to see if they have the right stuff. And then I get there only for that specific part that I came in for that I got told they have is completely discontinued. Multiple times have I called up here to see if something's in stock gotten told yes only to find out it's not. Customer service and product search is poor. The last few weeks iv been in there store several time and each time thy were out of the feed and other pet care products I was looking for . These are products iv always got from there and never have seen the shelf empty . One of the employees told me thy wouldn't have the feed I was after till the end of the week because thy just worked truck and thy didn't get any. I dont know if it's new management or new corporate owners but unless I don't have a choice all be shopping somewhere else. Limited inventory, we bought dog food that had maggots in the bag, and if you want any gardening items you can walk around in the dark in the poorly lit parking in the cold to shop for them. Definitely do yourself a favor and drive to Bartlesville to go to Atwoods or go to Oologah to the farm and ranch there. There is also a feed store in Nowata on the north end of town on highway 169.
