I don’t usually write reviews but I had such an amazing time at HI Honey Farms that I had to write a review!!! I went on my own because my husband had work but I loved it so much that we plan to go back and take the tour together!!! The Farm is breath taking and so peaceful!!! I loved how interactive the experience was and how knowledgeable the guide was!!! I got to learn about a lot of the plants and animals they have on HI Honey Farm and what purpose they serve to the farm…

Then put on our beekeeper suites and walked out to the hives. The walk was short and mostly shaded. I sunburn really easily but I didn’t sunburn at all durning the tour. The time with the bees was like nothing I’ve ever experienced!!! Feeling them buzz was undescribable and not to sounds dramatic but it was definitely life-changing!!! It’s something that can’t be put into words but you can feel their energy!!!🐝🐝🐝

After our time with the bees, we walked back to the area where we started it took off our beekeeper suits, and did the Honey tasting 🤤 i’ve always liked Honey for its Medical properties, but never been the biggest fan of its flavor but HI Honey Farms has some extremely delicious tasting honeys!!! All of the honey is absolutely delicious. It was really hard to decide which ones I wanted to buy because they were all unique and have really good flavor profiles. I’m not a fan of avocado, but the beekeepers breakfast was absolutely delightful. It is now my new favorite breakfast. 🤤🤤🤤

If you’re looking for a unique and educational experience in Waialua, Hi Honey Farm is an absolute must-visit! We took a tour with Stanislav, the owner, and it was the highlight of our day. Stanislav gave a fascinating 15-minute presentation that left us amazed at how much bees contribute to our food and environment. We learned all about the vital role bees play in pollination, and even discovered the idea of bees’ vibrations (known as “healing frequencies”) promoting relaxation and wellness.

One of the most interesting facts: queen bees can live up to 5 years while worker bees only live around 6 weeks, thanks to their royal jelly diet. This tour gave us a new appreciation for these incredible creatures!

The farm is a beautiful, peaceful oasis filled with vibrant flowers, ponds, and even a special structure where you can rest near the bees. Everything is grown organically, and the attention to detail in maintaining the farm is truly impressive.

At the end of the tour, we were treated to delicious snacks featuring honey from the farm. The avocado slices with bee pollen were a standout, and the wildflower and pumpkin spice honey varieties were incredible. We also loved Stanislav’s suggestion to use honey instead of jam for a healthier alternative—it’s a game-changer!
