Been living on property for 13 yrs. The management goes through many employees, there is many issues with the MSS office with BOD rules and policies that are not enforced. If your a owner you get away far more than a tenant. There is nepotism in management. The whole group of department s do not have policies and procedures to follow. If you have kids they are not allowed to be outside only to n from car. No playing on Grass for anyone without approval of manager Hoku. Numerous water main lines breaks many floods of condo apts. The pools are shut down most of the time. You may ask why am I still living here it's been 13 yrs and I have wonderful homeowners.
