Honest review: I wanted to be mad and feel like I was swindled going to this event after reading the negative reviews. After all it did not look like the promotional video. I originally bought tickets for military night 12/05. This was then changed to Sensory night which would be dimmed lights and sounds after I bought tickets -with no notification to me. I just happened to notice the change when checking the site again. They then charged me $6 to change dates with a loss of the weather refund I originally paid for. The guy on the phone said the weather refund was still good but nothing he could do about the $6 charge. So I couldn't get a refund through Jingle and getting a refund through my cc was a lot of hoops to jump through. We went with the lowest of expectations-BUT after going last night around 5 pm FRI 12/06 I will say I was pleasantly surprised. Pros: -The skating trail was finished and it looked like people were having a blast. -The snow tubing line had mats to slow riders down as well as people holding giant air filled plastic balloons and buffers to catch people so no one was going into the fence face first. -There was some kinda of slow moving tires on ice ride that little ones were having fun on next to the snow tubes. -There were a lot more light displays The maze was bigger and prettier than expected. Nice photo/video opportunities. -More warming areas - outdoor heaters, fire pits and warming tents. -There was signage but you do need to look for it (kinda blends in to the surroundings). -The staff was very friendly and proactive about helping with whatever you needed. Characters would go around asking to take your photo around the light displays. -The flooring was mostly dry and salt was put out everywhere to prevent any ice. Cons: -This event is cashless. -General parking (on the other side of the street-far, far away) is going to cost $15 and preferred parking next to the building is $25. Again Cashless. -Porta potty's. I would have preferred use of the stadium bathrooms. They had individual ones by the tubing and then trailer porta potty's in the main areas. -The flooring is interlocking squares that can be concave in some places and with the salt may make it difficult for people with canes and wheelchairs. -Hot cocoa or cider $6.50 add a shot of alcohol $12.50 -again card only, no cash. Ironically they had no problem accepting cash tips though... -Entertainers seemed sparse. Maybe I was there too early? -There were at least 5 food trucks open but again everything that I saw was $15 to $20 per item/meal. Not sure if they accept cash or not. However they did have kettle corn, funnel cakes, and cotton candy for a cheaper treat. -There were maybe 10-12 vendors hawking their wares in the village. The stuff was okay and what one would expect. *EXCEPT one of vendors was a timeshare salesperson. Do not take a ticket to spin the wheel for a prize. I thought it was some promotional thing for the event for a free candy cane or drink. Nope, just a guy trying to sell me a time share while I'm trying to enjoy my stroll around the village. Ick.
Jingle! is trying to copy Enchant Christmas. The problem is that Enchant Christmas is 5x the size of this event and way more professionally done. Yet Jingle! is charging the exact same price for a smaller experience that is not quite as polished. If this was priced at $10-$15 for admission instead of $34 it would be more realistic. I also think I would have spent more if cash was allowed, everything was priced more reasonably, and with free general parking. For 2 we spent around $115 ($68 tickets plus tax and a 10% discount code, general parking $15, weather refund $6, date change $6, and 2 non alcoholic drinks $13 plus tip. If you already bought tickets or your work did I think you will enjoy yourself-but be prepared to spend $$$. My husband and I each bought one non alcoholic drink and spent an hour walking around taking photos and had a nice time. If you have kids you might as well pay extra for the tubing and/or skating because they will get...
Read moreWe absolutely LOVED Jingle Holiday St. Louis! 🎅🏼 🤶 It was so much fun! 🤩 We had NO IDEA what we were walking into considering the amount of people criticizing it. 😔 (It’s their very FIRST year at a completely different venue during a bad weather weekend 😳 !)
We thought well shoot let’s go and make the best of it! 😀 WE ARE SO HAPPY! 😀 It’s adorable, quaint, and fun! 🤩 Look, 👀 we had an elementary, middle schooler, and high schooler boys with us! SO MUCH!! 🦺 🚧 Tons of workers helping with everything. 🤝 (Apparently from what they say they pay them really well too! 💵 )

They have either fires 🔥 pits, heated lamps, or a heated pop up tents with live music and holiday drinks that the whole family can enjoy! The ice skating rink is real! DELICIOUS!! 😋 Wing & A Prayer food truck has the BEST wings my hubby and son ever had-THEY ARE FOODIES-says a lot! 👏🏻 The vendors have really cute stuff!! Tips/Tricks for your adventure: They had to use (Car-shield approved) material to cover the field. If there’s precipitation and it’s wet be mindful it may be slippery. They are salting it to prevent that but it may be spotty. If you have a small child, the big snow tubing slide isn’t for them, it’s SUPER FAST! No worries 😉, they have a small one for the littles that’s just adventurous! Don’t forget to see Santa! He leaves at 8:30. And Saint Louis Mrs. Claus she’s super!! Just go...
Read moreSeriously not trying to be a Karen. But 100% honest here to help save you!!!! This is such a gimmick, its NOTHING like their website. Purchased the VIP access. There is no maps of the place. No signs anywhere to direct you, we were made to wait in standard lines with no fast access lines. Employees weren't even aware of VIP access or told us there are no VIP access lines. Not sure why you have timed entries when no one checked tickets anyway. We expected crowds but it was a disaster and unorganized. At the ice skating rink, they kept giving us the wrong ice skates, and giving us the same side of the foot (2 rights). They have a cement cinders randomly around the ice skating rink that are not in eye sight. We fell over them and watched minium 4 people fall while just putting on our skates. You can't get on and off the skating rink very well, they have 1 entrance/exit, and bystanders take up the majority of this place. The skating rink had no kid supports just hang onto the railing, and due to Canada strikes they couldn't finish the skating trail which we weren't informed of. Refund of $13 wasn't sufficient enough. The plastic ground was wet and pure ICE in the majority areas. We fell, or watched people fall over and over....lawsuit waiting to happen. If you weren't falling on the frozen ground you're gonna trip over all the cords they have everywhere. There is a ledge on the snow tubing where they push you from, there is no gentle connect, the website shows 4 wide lanes, these were 6 narrow lanes. beware of neck, leg and ankle injuries. They were also suppose to have Christmas themed drinks. I have never in my life associated lime or blueberry with Christmas. But we got a free drink so we tried them, they were horrible, threw them out. The swag bag stated on website worth over $12 with giftS notice the plural on the website. Is just Jiggle cup or a light up santa for the kids. I will not suggest to anyone to...
