After traveling with four kids for 20+ hours from Australia, I had some serious jet lag and my neck and shoulders were really tight. I had never tried floating before, but I was curious to see what it was all about and read that it was great for jet lag. I booked a 90 minute float since that's how long I book for massages.
First off, and most importantly in my opinion, the spa had a beautiful and welcoming waiting room. Just walking in, I immediately felt calm and relaxed. The person at the desk was welcoming, friendly and provided me with all of the instruction I needed as a first timer.
The spa itself was extremely spacious, with a high cieling, so it felt more like a float room instead of a pod. The room consisted of changing space, private rain shower and float room equipped with music and ambience lighting. Everything was immaculately cleaned and there was quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner available for pre and post showering. The towels, washcloth, robe and bathmat provided were all of high quality as well, which was much appreciated.
The experience was very relaxing. I actually fell asleep during the float.
Afterwards, there is a "getting ready" room available for use after you shower and dress in your private room. I was really impressed with all of the thoughtful extras provided in this space. I was able to dry my hair and put on my makeup quickly and conveniently.
After your float you are invited to sit, relax and enjoy a cup of tea or water in the front lounge. This was probably my favorite part of the experience, because unlike a massage, you aren't rushed out the door when it is over. You actually have time to sit and collect your thoughts for a moment, which was much needed.
It was refreshing to experience "floating" at Serenity Now. The experience was personal and did not feel like a transaction like most spa experiences do. I felt very welcome and comfortable during my time here and I will be back and bring my hubs...
Read moreI recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting Serenity Now Float Spa, and I can’t stop raving about the experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I was enveloped in a sense of calm and tranquility that’s hard to find anywhere else. The real stars of the show, though, are the staff. They went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. Every team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about ensuring I had the best experience possible. They took the time to explain the float process with patience and enthusiasm, answering all my questions and making me feel completely at ease. Their attention to detail and personalized care were nothing short of exceptional—I felt like a VIP from start to finish.
The float itself was pure magic. The serene environment of the tank, paired with the perfect water temperature and effortless buoyancy, left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. It’s like they’ve mastered the art of serenity here! After my session, the staff even checked in to see how I was feeling and offered thoughtful tips to extend that post-float glow.

Read moreI tried out the spa a couple years ago and was going occasionally when I was having anxiety and the floats really helped to calm my mind.
I now have chronic migraines and was getting migraines weekly even with preventative medication. I decided to try the float spa again because I saw studies that showed floating helped migraines. I decided to try going weekly as the study showed that it had the most benefit. After 6 weeks of floating, I had one migraine!! I then had to stop floating due to getting a new tattoo for 6 weeks and I had 8 migraines. I have been back floating weekly for 4 weeks and have had one migraine!! Floating has done wonders for my migraines!!
I highly recommend going weekly!! There is a new special for $349/month for unlimited services and I use around $700 worth of services going weekly to do Sonix machine, fire and ice (also great for migraines, back pain and knee pain) and 90 min floats. The owner gives you a bigger discount the more often you come in because she wants you to come back and use the services weekly to get the best benefit (as research shows this is where you see the biggest benefit).
Also I have gone right before my period and my cramps, back pain and headaches are so much better and more manageable!!
I highly recommend Serenity Now Float Spa to manage migraines, back pain, knee pain, period PMS, depression...
