My company has used Fun Events for the past seven years for an annual event. They have been truly exceptional, starting with the customer service during the inflatable selection process. Their website is easy to navigate. Their delivery and setup people were prompt and courteous and made sure that everything was set up safely and properly. Delivery was late by over 2 hours. Had large tent and 8 tables. 1 of the tables had no metal ring around it so 2 guests got cut/splinters from the plywood tables. Paid for table coverings that were never delivered and received used dirty table coverings. Zero responses from business with either an apology or a refund for the items...
