My experience at the Hive for lash extensions unfortunately did not meet expectations. Although staff was friendly, the service itself fell short in many ways. My lash tech placed lashes incorrectly on my eyes causing poking and discomfort. Lashes were placed on leaving spaces towards my outer eye and my eyes did not match. I personally felt that they were not as full as I expected from photos I had seen and within the first 2 days I had lost a lot of lashes that were not attached properly, even after following instructions about keeping dry for 24hrs and washing daily. During the session, she pulled or fully pulled out my own lashes causing pain, which I vocalized. I had to find another lash tech to fix what was done. I do not see myself returning in the future, without the tech gaining more experience...
