The Frozen Barn — Restaurant in Oak Hill

This is an amazing place to grab some ice cream. We tried 10 flavors (with 2 sampler dishes) and we couldn't find a bad flavor here. They even offer two low-sugar flavors, which is a huge bonus in our book - and both of them are just as good as the regular flavors.

They serve Ashby's ice cream here, which is my favorite brand around.

The ladies here was super nice and very generous with their scooping. We were a bit worried we wouldn't get enough ice cream from a sampler, but we actually ended up with too much - a good problem to have.

Overall it's a nice place to sit and cool off on a hot summer day with your family . Or as a couple, or just by your self. . the place has a good calm relaxing atmosphere the music doesn't fit the place but hey everyone likes different things. Something u like I might not or verse versa.. now I had an old fashion banana split. My favorite. Few things could of made it better. Like chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. We stoped here on a hot day for a cool treat and were not disappointed . The selection was extensive with many great flavors.The portions were very generous and The Ice cream was rich and full of flavor.The waffle cone was fresh and crisp. The young girls were very friendly and helpful,the service was very good. The price point was fair for the product and the atmosphere was clean and fresh.
