It is definitely good for Authentic Mexican food but social rules and regulations have gone out the window here. Some of the smaller businesses did not even have plastic gloves on when cutting or serving home made drinks or fruit cups. Even on normal circumstances this should be a common practice. Also the armed security guards where alarming. Now with the goods and what is the flea market, many good deals, many clothes, shoes, bags, household items, antiques, and all around electronics. I only had a bad experience with a lady that was trying to sell me a military bag all the way in the middle back that was a fake small military backpack for $40.00 dollars when you can get this same bag in ebay for about $20.00 with free shipping. Regardless after this experience there are many good deals but ask before you buy and go through the many aisles before you purchase in the first place you see your item, "like you did not know this already" also be careful with parking. Go there early and be ready to make a line of cars on the far hand side of the road and Do Not park in that private parking area before the flea market because their is an armed guard there and believe me that area is for the tire place and the restaurant and he will acknowledge you parking there and will make you think you were slick but as soon as you go into the flea market which is next door, that security guard will call a towing company to tow your car. That guard is not playing around at all. Be warned, I saw him doing this for the 1/2 before we drove into the flea market. Oh. By the way did I mention the flea market has so much fresh produce and...

This is place is very interesting. It's very similar to most flea markets in Miami (that I've visited) which include great food, weird things, cash only, tight parking, unpaved roads, limited English and lots of random plastic bags floating around. I definitely wish it was bigger but that's okay. I think you need to go in here knowing that it's culturally different than other parts of Orlando and that it can be enjoyed if you don't set your own specific expectations. That being said they hands down have some of the best baleadas in town. Go to the Honduran restaurant vendor and ask for a complete baleada; it includes avocado, mantequilla, beans and eggs. It also seems like they make their own flour tortillas. Also hit up the fresh coconut water guy and the mangondada/fruit drink vendor. I find the food more interesting than the products being sold but to be honest, it super fun to see the items...
Read moreWas here July 2023. They have lots of food vendors. Seems like lots of Mexican/ Spanish food. Have sign with pictures of dish available. Non have price marked. Guess you either have lots of regulars or they charge by how by how you look 🤔
There's new stuff. I was looking at a pair of shoes. Look comfy. They lower price from $25 to $10. So beware if you do decide to come here. I think this is our last visit here.
Also please beware of your surroundings in this area. We go a few blocks down to fill out our car. Was approached by a female asking for some $$. She hang around us a while before moving to the next person. There were a group of...
