Beware Dealership has scam artist, it took a lot to write this review because it’s been a painful year and because of this dealerships negligence I ended up with a car valued no more than $2-3k( fixer upper Chevy 2016 Malibu) but ended up with about 12k in debt after I paid 4k plus 6 months of insurance on top of that on top of another $1,300 to actually attempt to get the car fixed : I bought a car from this dealership last year when I was down on my luck , Malek sold me a car that he said was ready to drive to California , within the next month I had to bring the car back because it needed several things to include to sensors but note importantly a Cadelec converter , he replaced it with a faulty part he got from eBay that only made the car run decent for a day then it went back to struggling to shift gears within local traffic . When I went to the dealership again they told me they are fully booked ( their mechanics ) . then after I drove the car to miami when I came back the gears slipped 3 times ( meaning it would jump from second to 5th gear and would not drive after hitting the accelerator) putting my in extremely dangerous situations on the highway . After I went to the dealership to explain this to Malek he became very hostile , yelling at me and saying he can do whatever he wants because it’s his lot and nobody can take him down ( very childish, immature , and disrespectful) he then began to insult me saying it’s not my fault that I can’t afford two car notes as I had to end up buying another car form another dealership because he sold me a lemon . When he asked what do I want him to do I told him to take the car back and reverse the transaction and he became more hostile .I can expand on this topic but I had to get it off my chest and let it be known HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS and will try to twist and turn your words but the truth of the matter is is plain and simple : he tricked me into buying a lemon and clearly I got stuck with it and all the debt that comes with it , and if you try to do anything else but keep it he will be extremely hostile towards you .The bank had to pick up the lemon car and now I am still in debt because of it . PLEASE stay away from this dealership , again I can expand on this post but just had to get it off my chest as it has caused a year of pain and sleepless nights due to the stress this has cause and do not want anybody else to go...

I just purchased a pre owned Jeep Wrangler Mike was EXCELLENT in every aspect of the purchase process. I contacted him a week ago regarding the Jeep that was on Marketplace. He IMMEDIATELY called me back. He sent additional photos and there was a video of it running online. I went to the bank and withdrew the money to make the purchase. He and I had already negotiated a VERY FAIR DEAL. Upon my arrival for the test drive I was VERY PLEASED with the overall condition. Honestly, it was better than I expected. It ran well, the tires were almost new and there were no warning lights. Just a solid, rust free Jeep. The price did change…. It was ACTUALLY $5 less than our rough estimate. Again such a nice surprise. Yes, I bought a vehicle but I feel as though I also made a couple of new friends in the process. I had a nearly 90 mile trip home and traffic was horrible for some reason. I purchased a 2015 ram 1500 eco diesel, and my salesman was malich (my apologies if I mis spelled) and the experience was great! I was having a terrible day at other dealers and was just exhausted from it. I called export auto pros and spoke with malich and he told me to come by and he will get me approved and in a new truck that day. AND he did everything in his power to match my cap1 pre approval, since they didn’t work with cap1. This man did everything he told me he was going to do and got me into a new truck! My only reasoning is the vehicle needs a new abs module and I was told it was just a wheel speed sensor, but that is something within my mechanical experience that I can fix myself so I won’t harp on that part.
