My 19 yr old daughter purchased a car here (cash). It had a few issues (including a/c) that she needed fixed prior to purchase. They wanted her to purchase it and then bring it back for repairs. I told her absolutely not, you put a small good faith deposit down and purchase the car once all repairs are made. She did that on a Friday. Quick turn around, car ready to go Monday! She & her dad went and all KNOWN issues appeared to be fixed & a/c was cooling, she paid cash & left. The tire pressure light was on but supposedly due to needing air - easy enough. The check engine light had been on before purchase, trip to AutoZone and the error read air filter (dealer was made aware & did replace). She buys the car. Her father puts air in tires, light doesn’t go off. Within 2 days a/c stops working and check engine light is back on. They take it to a mechanic - the tire sensors are faulty and need replaced, the light had nothing to do with needing air. Shame on us for trusting & not researching prior to purchase. A/c was “overflowing” with Freon & we were shown a visible leak in the hose. Clearly the dealer put a bandaid on the issue to cover up the problem and take advantage of a young girl buying her first car. Needless to say they didn’t trust the dealer’s “mechanic” to repair the a/c they already lied about. They leave it at the mechanics & father calls the salesman and explains the a/c is being repaired & why, but that also the tire sensors need replaced & the check engine light is in due to a damaged intake manifold valve & canister purge valve. We’re looking at over $1000 on top of the $500+ a/c repair. According to hubby, the salesman was very nice and said to send over the receipt as well as an itemized list of additional repairs and they would see what they could do. We did that today. We were polite and factual giving them an opportunity to make ANY effort to make any part of the mess right. They refused to take any responsibility. Yes we already repaired and paid for the a/c bc we couldn’t trust them since their “repair” was a bandaid to get the car sold. We gave them the opportunity to do ANY of the other repairs or reimburse the a/c. Nope, nothing. Did we make mistakes? Heck yes. Has my daughter learned some really hard lessons? Absolutely. But at the end of the day, they were dishonest and did not actually repair the a/c that was on the agreement. Very dishonest service. Please be diligent and insist on an outside mechanic to review the car prior to any...
Read moreThis was my fist time purchasing a vehicle and this dealership was the worst! the car had mechanical problems from start. and there willingness to assist was horrible I was told by many different people that I had a warranty on that vehicle the day of purchased.. but when I tried taking my vehicle to them they stated “nothing wrong with vehicle” “I drove da car and no problems” from there I had no choice but to take the car back to auto zone to see if the car was fixed.. one thing was fixed out of 5 things that was wrong with vehicle, I call them back and let them know they did not fix any of the issues on my vehicle from there I was BLOCKEDD! also never received a receipt of my down payment or my copy of my signed paperwork! when I went back to dealership the documents they provided had a date before i ever met them in person!! My car registration a day before you even purchased then when asked were are the original paperwork I signed they could not be provide me with that so i were given paperwork with clearly forged signatures 8 days before I even even purchased the car… end ig but saying you have contacted whistle blower who will contacting them very soon let’s see if the push channel 9 news away as they did us..this see if they can explained the dates they said was good enough for them but was completely fraudulent to the department of motor vehicles in addition let’s explain how our signature was aomehow adapted to formal dates 03/31/22 when I purchased my vehicle on 4/7….. RUN FROM THIS PLACE IT IS FULL OF SERIAL SCAMMERS THAT TAKE AND MAKE CAR BUYING THE WAY TO...
Read moreBought what we thought was a reliable car from here. Check engine light was on at purchase so continuing with the purchase is on me. My wife was told it was because 87 octane was used during fill up on accident. Got home back to Tampa and after a few days car went into limp mode and had to replace the high pressure fuel pump. They did offer to look at it but I was on the hook for towing the car back to Orlando. It was the same price to have it repaired myself. A few weeks later my wife is driving down I-75 and the bumper literally popped off. Upon further inspection we found that the bumper was literally screwed into the quarter panel with Sheetrock screws. Sent photos and asked how the issue could be resolved. We were told of course we didn’t do that. Unless you want to flush your money down the drain do not even stop at this lot. You’ll be in...
