Poor Customer Service - Treated Like a Criminal Over Honest Mistake. Bob the manager I went to buy bolts and nuts for my lawn mower repair. While browsing with my daughter, I picked up a package of lock nuts that was supposed to contain 4 but only had 1 inside due to a ripped bag - though I didn't realize this at the time since I assumed they were sold individually like the metric bolts I was buying. When the single nut fell out somewhere in the store, I heard the manager whispering to associates to watch me. When I went to pay and realized I'd dropped the nut, an employee accusingly held up the empty bag and said "you dropped this!" After I retrieved the nut and explained the bag was damaged, the manager insisted on taking the bag and nut to "write it up as theft" and then positioned himself by the exit like he was going to stop me from leaving.
I understand that theft happens and employees need to be vigilant, but I felt convicted of a crime before they could even prove anything. Having my child witness this humiliating treatment made it even worse - we were both embarrassed by the entire ordeal. Being treated with such suspicion over an honest mistake with a damaged package was completely unprofessional. I'm sure if they reviewed their security cameras afterward, they would see it was clearly accidental, but the damage to my trust was already done. I won't be returning to...

They helped me get her to the break room they clean up the mess & got her wet paper towels , a cold water & a popsicle while I cleaned her up , took care of her ...they let us sit there for a little while till it passed & she felt better š thank you guys so much I really appreciated the help today & again I am so sorry about the mess ....
