Barriga Llena — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I love eating at Barriga Llena. Everything I’ve tried has been great—the pulled-pork nachos, the wings, the arepas (with fried cheese and local sausage). But my personal favorite are the empanadas. They’re packed with a perfectly seasoned beef and potato mix, and the crispy Colombian-style corn masa dough makes them stand out from any others I’ve had. Oh. My. Gosh. This was some of the most delicious food I’ve had in a while! The empanadas were fresh and crispy and so full of flavor! We got both of the cheesy corn pancakes, which I could just eat as a meal. We splurged and grabbed the bulgogi beef bowl and I am SO happy we did! It was so flavorful and tasted better than some of the restaurants we’ve been too. We can’t wait to go...
