I have worked with Trutech for several years and their commitment to safe animal removal and high level of customer service will continue to make me a lifelong loyal customer. Their technicians are always terrific but I have to point out one person in particular, Jeremy, who has been overseeing the care of my home for quite some time. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable and takes great care to explain things so that the recommended treatment always makes sense to me. He has done an exemplary job with my "raccoon issues" both inside and outside the home. And he's just pleasant to be around and I always know when he's "on the job", I don't have to worry about success. I'm confident it WILL happen and I've never been disappointed. This is important when you're standing in a room in your house and clearly hear "critters" in the ceiling right over your head. Thats a moment no one likes!! TruTech was professional, efficient and very thorough. We had a situation with honeybees. My husband and I literally spent 2 days calling well known bee removal companies in the Orlando area. No one was available and/or agreed to assist us. After spending 2 days trying to figure out how the situation would be rectified, TruTech swarmed in and came to our rescue. Please do not hire these guys for bee issues. We paid $560 for bee service and they came out multiple times to spray but they never took care of actually removing the hive. After they sprayed we thought the issue was fixed so we discontinued the service but the bees are back in the same spot just as active as ever. That was $560 wasted because we are no better off than when we first hired them. They want us to pay another $560 to reinstate our monthly contract to continue to work on the problem which I feel like should've been taken care of within the first month of hiring them.
