King Express — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I went for the 1st time last December with my son & the food was delicious. I have been back a few times & am never disappointed. I have had Chinese food in Texas, California, Georgia, & my home state of Florida. This is by far the best Chinese food I've ever had. I always get the general tsao lunch combo which is a great bargain at $5.75. They load the plate up with so much food that it actually ends up being lunch & dinner. The pork fried rice is absolutely delicious. Especially with bean sprouts. Most Chinese restaurants don't put bean sprouts in their rice. This one does & the combination with the rice, pork, & egg is so good. The general tsao chicken is always crispy & the sauce they use is so good. Update 12/2/2018: Changed rating from 5 to 2. This place still has good food, but customer service has significantly diminished. I called to place an order today, and the person that answered was extremely rude. I happened to be in a meeting when this call was placed, and shared my experience with some others that said they too have experienced similiar attitude as of late. I will no longer support this business; which I mentioned on the call, to which he responded "it's fines with me is you go some where else".

Orginal message over 2 years ago: I've bought food several times from this restaurant as it is near my church. Myself and many other friends agree they serve great food. My last visit they were really busy, and less attention was paid to customer service, but I will not hold this against them cause all other times...

Let me start by saying the people that pick up the phone are rudeeee please beware, i called in and the lady had a heavy accent which i could not understand what she was telling me and got rude when i told her i couldn't understand what she was telling me and went on to say she couldnt understand me, then she puts a guy on the phone which then started also getting rude with me telling me what don't i understand its easy to understand etc i was just trying to reverify the order for myself and my coworkers, horribleeee customer service while i was trying to bring them business and order for me and my 3 other coworkers. Didnt even end the call properly just went on mute then they didnt pick up once i tried to call back and verify everything. EXTREMMELLYYYY...
