Cost Less Food Company — Local services in Oakdale

First time here but I came here for the sale's. I seen the ad's on Facebook but it's kinda of a drive but I drove from Stockton to this location. The store was kinda small but it was clean and well stocked especially the Ad items. Most stores run out of the stuff on ad especially the meat items. But the produce dept was full, fresh and the displays were well stacked and looked Great. The aisle's are small in that you have to maneuver around another customer but every aisle was fully stocked. They had plenty of the chicken I came to get and the ribeye steak that was on sale. The meat department was fully stocked and no smell like some small markets that are similar to this one. They have a restroom 🚻 for customers and I was glad because I have a long drive back. The checker was a young lady around 18 to 21yrs old and she was very polite and helpful and also asked me if I found everything. I told her it was my first time here and I drove along way to shop but I told her it was worth it and she smiled and rang me up quickly. And I was not disappointed at all how much I saved and I will most definitely come back. The young man bagging was also polite and helpful. I love cost less in Oakdale. It is such a good store. It’s always clean and I love the way. They arrange their vegetables. They have super good vegetables. The vegetable department is top notch and the meat department always looks beautiful too, nice and neat but I wanna talk about this kid that works there And you’re gonna think this is crazy but I don’t know his name but he is a very good employee today when I was in line, an old man was ahead of me with a whole pouch full of change, he wanted the young man to count out all the change, so the kid was so kind and so sweet he counted out all the change, so the man could pay for his food the patience of this kid. This store is super gross, really dirty, especially the meat department. The produce is always nice looking, but doesn't last long. Everytime we go in, all I smell is the rotting meat. I bought meat there a couple times and by the next day it was already rancid. The prices are good because they have to move the meat out, like yesterday. Sometimes it is so bad, even later in the evening when the meat department is closed and it still smells horrible. The last time we went, my son and I both were gagging (literally)over the smell and it got worse as we got closer, I have an iron stomach too. We had to get out. Not sure where their products come from, but it seems like there meat and produce are discounted to them so they can move the already almost out of date food....
