I stopped in here to purchase ice for a wedding reception that was down the road. I ended up purchasing 8 large bags of ice as a back up for refreshments. The owner and I'm assuming his wife were completely rude and disrespectful. I'm not from the area so maybe that was a reason why-still not an excuse to have been treated the way that I was. I was rung up by someone other than the two of them. They continually kept asking me if I bought the ice, like I was trying to steal it. This was after they were nasty to me because I asked them for assistance with locating the larger bags. It was pouring down rain pretty bad that day as well. A customer finally helped me, showing me where to find and helped me get the bags into my car. If Im ever in this area again, I will not be returning. Had the bride and groom not been in need I definitely would've just asked...

Have been going here for near 10 years, the employees are always friendly and helpful. It's a lifesaver sometimes when you need something but don't want to go to the grocery store. It's surprising how much stuff they have in this small store. The Deli meat is great, and the sandwiches and sides are excellent for lunch or dinner. The only thing I might suggest is to avoid the place early in the morning between 5:30 and 8AM. A bunch of old men are always there, and take up all the street parking, so there's nowhere to park. And they all just stand inside talking and drinking coffee. The owners should move them along, because I doubt their one cup of coffee is making them more money than the customers who decide not to stop because...

This was my first time at this store. I stopped in for some deli items. I'm guessing it was the owner and his wife with whom I spoke. They were incredibly kind! They asked if there was anything I was looking for and told me about the different hams they had available (one of the items I needed...they weren't just chatting randomly with me about ham!). After I decided my items, the gentleman with whom I was speaking washed his hands, then got my items I needed. The store was kept extremely well! It was clean and seemed well-stocked.
