Awful! The zoo experience was fine and fun but at close my daughter left her wallet next to the stuffed animals, I called repeatedly upon opening of the zoo the following morning and no one would even check for her wallet, they just kept saying well people take things, to which I repeated she left it there at closing and now is opening, if someone could just check there would not be an opportunity for anyone to have taken it, the zoo personnel refused and transferred me to voicemail. My daughter lost her wallet and all her money, knew where she left it and the response from the zoo was too bad we can’t be bothered to even look in the gift shop.
After calling for 2.5 hours the girl who answered, and had answered before finally put me through to a supervisor who went and checked and located my daughter’s wallet! Very appreciative of this! The girl who I spoke to twice and who gave me other extensions and voice mails none of which were the gentleman I ended up talking to was very unhelpful unfortunately and her attitude that oh well people take things made the situation worse. I worked in customer service for years and I get we all have bad days…unfortunately this was one of those situations, fortunately in the end...
