Oakwood Deli and Liquor Store — Local services in Oakwood

The guy Paul is a Jerk..I'm a Oakwood Village Resident who has patroned the Store for 2yrs and have always used my Debit card for purchases, had a dispute with him on charging my Card on one occasion and when it got settled I tell him it was resolved and try to make a purchase he tells me cash only for future purchases he's not taking my Card anymore.....he can play with somebody else I'm not a Kid what he didn't know was that I'm a Desert Storm Army Veteran and that I fight for my right, so what he is doing is unfair and unacceptable treatment and charges have been filed with the Ohio Attorney General and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission his poor decision has brought these Consequences on himself and justice will prevail in this matter and by the way haven't been back since then...God Bless America 🇺🇸 my Home...

I was one of two people in the store at 12:30pm on a Saturday and the owner refused to make a sandwich for me... What kind of deli is this.

Today, 2 weeks after this post was originally written. I went in before they closed for some nicotine and the manager confronted me saying we have to talk. He asked why I don't come in between 12pm - 5pm for sandwiches and why I post these reviews every two days...

If you read my reviews I was in the store between 12pm - 5pm each time and this was not a single occurrence, but rather 5 in the last year (see my review from 6 months ago.) They would have maintained a customer had they allowed me to purchase my products and not confront me, but now I see no need to stop...

Service has become lacking for anyone who wants food and not liquor or lottery. Twice this week (Saturday at 2pm and Thursday at 4pm) I have been told that they cannot toast the subs or add toppings. The only options were to buy what's pre made morning of or days before with no condiment or toppings. The older white woman even told me she was trying to do me a favor by selling me a sandwich as is... The store should be renamed to oakwood liquor and lottery since it no longer acts as...
