Earlier this year I wanted to learn to play golf. Learning a new sport, especially one that tends to be expensive, can be very intimidating. Some of my family members have been golfing at Emerald Isle for years and recommended I take lessons there to start, to see if I liked golf. I found out it is really affordable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will even deliver food and drinks to you on the course!
I definitely needed lessons first, and I was so happy to find out they have a PGA associate instructor - Natalie Vivaldi. I have been taking private lessons with her for several months and also joined her weekly golf clinic for young adults. She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and has made me feel confident in my abilities to properly swing a golf club and learn the game. Relaxed atmosphere in the pro shop and grill. Great variety of drinks and food. On-course delivery is a great service - eliminated the feeling of always hoping for the cart girl to come by.
They host special events frequently! Just to name a few: Snowside Holiday celebration with snow! women's monthly clinics Friday night concerts and food Junior golf events
