Thought it was nice at first but then I had to go back. The second guy didn't understand or know much and moved really slow. He told me fittings I needed for a shower wouldn't work because they didn't fit a kitchen faucet ( they are not even the same). Then they didn't want to accept a return on shark bites because the package wasn't pretty. I tried to return a junk tube cutter and the "smart" guy said he couldn't take it back because the package was opened and nobody else would buy it. Then he said it wasn't for cutting copper tubing and it said on the package that it was for 1/2" tubing. Then they said it wouldn't work because I was trying to cut 3/8" tubing. I told them it didn't work on a separate piece of 1/2" tubing I have. It's not pretty enough to resell though, the package. Why would they try to resell something that doesn't work? Because it's a hardware store where you shop for pretty not functional. Go around the corner and buy functional equipment. Don't buy pretty junk...

I recently stopped into this hardware store and what should’ve been a simple errand turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years. The standout reason? Dillon, the manager.

From the moment I walked in, Dillon carried himself like someone who genuinely cares about both the store and the people walking through it. I was looking for a few very specific items for a home project nothing out of the ordinary, but enough that I was bouncing between aisles with little luck. Dillon noticed right away, stepped in without being pushy, and walked me straight to what I needed. What impressed me most wasn’t just that he knew where everything was, but that he also explained the differences between the brands and even gave advice on which would be better for long-term use versus a quick fix.

BEWARE! They were called out to fix a leaking toilet, after about 5 minutes they said it was done and provided an invoice which included parts. I checked it later and it was leaking even worse. I proceeded to fix it myself and rebuilt everything. These guys didn't ended so much as turn a screw, a fitting, anything. The parts which they claimed to have replaced to OBVIOUSLY not touched and were old, And yes I saved the parts. I am absolutely disgusted by this. They LITERALLY did nothing and scammed us.
