My friends and I were there 3/19. We did not enjoy the customer service which was trash. There was an older lady running the front desk. She was not polite. I asked for 2 games for 5 people. It was as if, she didn't want us to play 2 games because she had a large league coming in which was MORE IMPORTANT than serving us. She said to us "I can only let you play for an hour, then after that I'm gonna have to kick you all off the lane because I have a league coming in." Once we finally started playing, we experienced some technical difficulties. So I went back over to the same lady to have them correct the issue, and she said she would get a tech to fix it but never did in a timely manner. To a point where someone else from my party had to go back to her to remind her that our lane needed assistance. We did not enjoy the entire experience from start to finish, we felt as if we were rushed in and out. If we are paying customers we should be able to take as much time as we want and enjoy ourselves there. The only nice thing the lady did was give us free shoe rentals, but even then we still wanted to play another game and couldn't because we were being rushed. I usually enjoy coming to this bowling alley, but the customer service was awful. We would like to come back but are apprehensive due to being rushed, not given far opportunity to play. Read moreIf I could rate 0 stars I would. I booked and PAID IN FULL for Two lanes a month ago for an event I had planned. When I arrived I was told that they did not have lanes set aside for me. I spent 150$ for two lanes pizza soda shoes and that’s what I expected. When they got my lane issue taken care of I went to order more pizza . But MS. KAREN who is the manager told me they did not accept card as payment?? It’s 2020 and they don’t accept a card payment which doesn’t make sense considering the card I was trying to pay with was a GREENWAY BOWL GIFT CARD. WHY SELL GIFT CARDS IF YOU CANT ACCEPT THAT GIFT CARD AS A FORM OF PAYMENT?!? so I ended up having to purchase a whole other lane just to get a pizza and a pitcher of soda. Read moreWent here with my father in law and my family. We purchased 2 adult games "by the hour" and we purchased a round for each of my 3 kids. We were told the lane numbers to go to, but we were NOT told what lane was for the adults and the kids. So, we start bowling and my husband and his fathers game was cut after one round of bowling because they were on the "wrong lane". I went to the front desk and asked them to please correct the situation because we weren't told they had to be on a specific lane, and they told us to PURCHASE more time. We had already spent over $100 for the bowling ($32 and some change per adult plus shoe rentals (weekend bowling price), $4 and some change for the kids plus shoe rentals.) and they wanted us to spend more for THEIR MISTAKE and negligence in explaining that they had assigned the games to specific lanes. Terrible customer service and willingness to do the right thing to rectify the problem. We wasted our money and our time.
