Don't judge a book by its cover!

When I first decided to go here I actually drove past it twice. Its located in a tiny building shared with a bar and convenience store (I think?). It didnt look like much - a small parking lot, dim lighting, old fixtures and furniture. I didn't care, I went there for the food.

The food is amazing. I go mostly for the buffet, but have ordered take out as well.

I will repeat, the food is amazing! It is always hot and delicious. It's not overly spicy or sweet or saucy. Its is flavorful and fresh and they have a variety of options for their buffet.

I urge you to try the buffet. I have not had a single bad item from there. I have been back so many times, at least 20x and each time the food is hot, fresh, delicious.

If you can get over the old tables and chairs and realize that this a great chinese buffet restaurant then you will truly enjoy...

We found out about this place about 6 weeks ago and we have ordered from this place 5 weekends of those 6. This place is fantastic. They say “40 minutes “ but they are always quicker, which I love. They make it easy to phone in an order. Super quick transaction. Friendly service. They exceed expectations. They are a bit spicer than other American Chinese takeout places. Maybe even a bit heavy on the sauce ( I like it). I always get the General Tso dinner combo Every. Single. Time. With the wonton soup. SO GOOD and consistent. My boyfriend changes it up, but usually gets one of the Hunan dinner combo specials. When he ordered the HUNAN beef it was a bit light on the beef, so the night time he did the HUNAN chicken - SO WORTH IT.

This was my first and last time ordering from this place. When I arrived to pick up my food, the lady at the counter verbally repeated my order to verify it was correct. What she said to me was correct, but when I got home, I came to find that instead of steamed vegetables, they gave me dumplings. I called them to nicely let them know what had happened. They could seem to care less about getting my order wrong and didn't offer to correct it or at least offer an apology. I would recommend going to Hunan China Restaurant a few miles down the road on 8773 Piney Orchard Pkwy instead, as I have ordered from this place many times before and my order has always been correct.
