Purchasing a vehicle can be a frustrating, time-consuming process before you even step on to any dealer's lot. For most of us, it is a big purchase financially and a rollercoaster ride emotionally. The experience at All American Ford was great. We never felt undue pressure to make a decision, and the sales & finance team respected the decisions that we made. Kudos to Drew Taylor for the assistance on a cold Saturday evening in December. The facility itself is easy to get to, right off the interstate, clean, comfortable, offers guest wifi and refreshments. All nice touches that will draw me back to All American Ford when it is time for service. My only "negative" is that the detailing team had left by the time we completed the purchase and we had to take the vehicle back to be "cleaned up". That cleaning was not great. I had to clean the windows again at home to remove the streaks across the glass that the detail team left. The overall experience was great, though, so I'm not dinging a star from the review. Thanks again to the entire All American team and I'll see you again soon. UPDATE: Visited for my first service recently. Easy enough to make an appointment online and the service department was ready for me when I arrived. It was just the basic oil and oil change, so it didn’t take too long. The waiting area was convenient and fine for such a short visit. Coffee and water available. Clean. It was a good experience. I’ll be back.

I came in with my check engine light on and was concerned and worried because this is my only way I have to work and taking my daddy to his treatments and Jessica can out to me and I was about in tears because I know my truck has turbos and I was afraid one of them went out they scheduled me in right away so I brought my truck in she told me not to worry at all your in good hands I took her word boy was she right she kept me updated on everything I need to know and kept telling me not to worry your in good hands I wish I could leave a million star review on her because lord knows she deserves it. Then there was Skylar the one who was my technician she came to me and was like it’s a simple fix no need to worry your truck is gonna be just fine she was very professional about it she and I talked for a bit about the truck and how much my truck aka baby girl men to me. Then there is Ray he was fast to change my oil professionally. Then when I was leaving the other service advisor Brandon we was cracking jokes All American Ford you have a customer for as long as I live y’all are the best everyone there thank y’all for taking care of me and baby girl

I doing this review for my 80 year old mother. I never write reviews like this but I felt this one was needed. She took her car in for an oil leak. They supposedly fixed a leaking valve cover gasket for around $600. She picked up the car and drove it back home. She made one trip in to town the following week and told me she still smells oil burning. I drove her to the doctor the following week and the smell of oil burning was very strong. I had to pick up my vehicle on the way back so she decided to leave the car once again. They call her and say that she has two problems now, the valve cover gasket is still leaking and another part is now leaking and it appears to have just started and it will be $800 to fix it. At this point I start to question the service people what is going on. I’m told that the problem is with a turbo line leaking and that the valve cover gasket is still leaking but they will cover that problem. I talked with them several times they even offered to give her the employee discount on fixing the turbo line for $500, but at this point I felt no trust in what they were telling me. I have been a mechanic all my life and it just did sound right to me. The guy in the service department was very nice and I felt like he was being pushed to tell us something that he was not comfortable doing. It was obvious and I felt bad for him. I was told that the service manager was to busy to speak to us and that they would send pictures of the problem but we never received any pictures. Finally I told them that I would come pick up the car the next day( today) and take it somewhere else because I feel like my mother has lost all trust in them at this point and so have I.

I recently had the opportunity to work with a service advisor by the name of Shane. This young man went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs concerns and request were met. When there were confusion or concern, he immediately addressed them himself and what he could not address they were addressed by his supervisor, James. It is because of this experience I am posting a review. Normally I do not review anything. Prior to C.A. Russell purchasing the dealership I would have to say I was less than happy with service there. My previous experience when it was All American Ford was less than stellar in that a problem was given; solutions were not found; even field engineer could not figure out the problem. The cost of trying to find a solution consistently went up. It got to the point that I told them to put my car back together and give it to me. If it has not been for Shane, James and Richard (the customer service manager) I probably would never take my vehicle back. However, I decided to give C.A.Russell Ford a second chance to make me believe in that dealership again. I have been a Ford owner for too many years to count and I have rarely had issues when having maintenance or routine work done. The new owner Mr. Russell seems to take a sincere and positive approach to customer satisfaction and it shows the employees of dealership in Springville. Anybody who is reading this if you’re thinking about going to the dealership that is now C.A. Russell Ford highly recommend you talk to Shane if you’re getting service and if you’re not getting service done, ask for Richard Gardner. It was a pleasurable experience as it can be when one’s having unexpected maintenance work done. Your’re a winner of $5,000.00! All American Ford did you really go that low just to get people just to walk in the door??? Isn’t that the job of a salesmen? Everywhere Americans look they can be scammed or tricked. Having to look and protect from thieves. This approach of a sale creates a lack of trust for me to purchase from FORD ever again. If an individual is not interested purchasing and responds to your mail ad. They are being deceived on many levels. Does this company really care about their customers knowing they lie just to get you to come in? How can Americans trust what is built by Ford If we can’t trust the mail they send us? ALL AMERICAN FORD is willing to deceive just to make money on a very cheap level and the cost of others. That’s greed and most look for quality in a company not deceit, greed and unprofessional salesmen when buying a vehicle. All AMERICAN FORD does not represent as all American. Maybe I’m wrong but does ford really need to treat customers this way just to make a sale? Appears to be cheap, disrespectful and false advertising made legal. With a bigger perspective of knowing that many peoples time, emotions and even at customers financial cost have been tricked to walk in the door. The mail sent out someone would need a lawyer to proof read just to know it’s a scam. Thankfully most everyone probably knows if it’s too good to be true just throw it out and recycle that junk mail away. Why can’t we save the ridiculousness of the poor advantage taking ad. Invested money spent on ads could have invested in better trained salesmen.
