We typically go into subway during the day, we decided to grab sandwiches for dinner which was a huge mistake. I went in to get 3 sandwiches the customer in front of me took a few minutes as the two employees kept going back and forth talking the the managers husband (according to employees) who was behind me in line. Employees were continually talking to husband of manager and not focusing on customers already in line. 20 plus minutes later sandwiches were made and I was finally ready to go. The husband of managers sandwich was almost completed before mine and he was in line behind me. As I was paying the girl said “you can call back on Monday to complain “, I said jokingly why is the manager back on Monday she said yes. The husband of manager says if you need the manager I can get her on the phone now or even the owner, again not sure why this was even mentioned. It tells me they know it was not good service and I could feel free to complain that it wouldn’t matter to management or owner.I like subway and prefer this location but other locations close are more professional acting. Also, the customer in front of me ordered a drink with ice they told her to go next door to mcdonalds they would give her free ice if she told them she was from subway. The food was ok but the atmosphere was something if i were the owner or manager ai wouldn’t want happening in my business. Your food will never be ready (or even started) by the time you are supposed to pick it up. You have to get in line and will be told that obviously you should see they have to serve the lunch rush before they can get to your order you placed 20-30 minutes prior. The girls say they don't know anything about the app nor have they bothered to look at it or the website. They don't know how to use the register to ring things up properly if you opt to order when you get there - so watch closely. Read moreVisited this location today, not my best Subway experience. The store was clean and the employees on duty were polite and well manored. The young lady that made the Club I ordered did a fine job on it. When I started to pay the coupon I was mailed and stated good until October and presented was refused. I was told they do not honor the Subway coupons. If I had been a young man with a big family on a tight budget this could have created a major problem. If the restaurant is not going to participate there should be a sign posted on the door stating they are not participating before a customer enters to place an order.
