I have had several instances where store says it's open and when I get there no one is there and store is not open. I have tried calling beforehand to not waste a trip but either phone doesn't work or no one answers.

Also 2 times I have bought things the employees told me were what i wanted, the packaging was not clear on what it was, but when I got home and opened them they were not what the employees said they were, and i was also told no returns. I dislike giving negative reviews, but when i am not sold the product I needed/also employees tell me it's the product I requested and then it's not, and I can't return/exchange I have to. Also I request paper receipts and can't get them. I am told that they are being sent to my email, I double-check that it's being sent to the correct email address, but I never get...
