This was easily accessed from I-70; it was clean and the food and service were good. They had a selection of several Mexican beers, including Modelo Negra, and the typical extensive selection of Mexican dishes. I had the pork green chili with beans and rice. Not the most gourmet I've had but certainly above average and satisfying.

Cute little place surrounded by a ghost town. Tasty food, speedy service, good portions, and decent prices. Easy to get on and off the highway. Highly recommend. We got the #3 vegetarian and the shrimp fajita. Would have liked a bit more guacamole but pretty standard. Comes with complimentary chips and salsa. Great pit stop!

Mexican food and Mid-west are two words that really don't go together....until we found this place! The food here was as good as you find in Southern California or Arizona. Carne asada had flavor and was perfect. Light chips and salsa with flavor and just enough bite to work. Definitely a must stop and enjoy real food!!

Nice place, descent prices, but food was very plain. Definitely not a good Mexican restaurant. The fajitas looked equal to anywhere else and wish I would of ordered those, I ordered a combination plate and all I know is my enchilada and the other thing (can’t remember) where the exact same things stuffed with only beef and different shells. Nothing else just beef and a shell. Waiter wasn’t good either. Didn’t even sit us down had to grab my own menus and find a table. Place was not busy at all only two tables had people seated and food still took about 15-20 minutes after ordering. Waiter only checked on us when we were ready to order and when we were done with our food. Nice atmosphere but bad...

It’s been many years since we have been there and I remember it all being really good, so we decided to go there again. This time was terrible, the waiters acted like they hated their jobs and after all they do work for tips so I find it a little odd they would be so unfriendly. The chips had been fried in old grease and it definately had that taste, we went on taco Tuesday and the shells were stale. The white cheese dip was barely warm and the cheese not melted completely. We won’t be back as there are many Mexican restaurants that are...

Every time we've gone here, we've never had to wait to be seated. The servers are pretty quick about getting you the chips, salsa, and drinks. The booths feel a little cramped sometimes because the seats move a little.

The food has always been good for a Mexican dinner night and is usually served pretty quick. The atmosphere is good as well, except this last time we went there, the meriachi band that came out for a birthday was super loud.

Overall, there are no complaints about our visits here. We will continue to visit here...
