I thought this was going to be a great experience based on the first interaction I had with the owner back in May ( 2019). We had a issue with the online unit selector. He called us right away while dealing with flying home. He called as soon as he landed and gave us a new unit and the combination to get in. I thought everything was fine. HOWEVER !!!!! Do not ever put your things here!!! My unit got broken into, from the inside. Someone left other units open which was used as an entry. The passage was cut through the wires on top of my unit. When I tried to call the owner or submit a message through the site for repair and assistance - NOTHING, NO RESPONSE, CRICKETS!! I moved my things out and tried to cancel the membership. The place keeps charging me for weeks after I moved out. Owner does not respond to calls, texts, or messages submitted through the website. Thad has always helped us since we started renting our unit here some months back. He has always been very friendly and helpful. Thad has been very understanding when it comes to being a little late with our payment. When the padlock we had on our unit got messed up and the key broke off in the lock it was Thad that helped us out with the replacement even though it wasn't their fault.
