The House Cafe — Restaurant in Ogden

I personally didn't care for anything other than the inside decor. I had asked for a mocha and what I got, I can only assume was a latte since it tasted like flavored milk. I also got some zucchini bread that was dry and hard, which is super unfortunate since I love zucchini bread. There were two girls working behind the counter and the one taking my order didn't really seem to understand what I ordered and seemed very hesitant and lacked any sort of confidence. MaybeMshe was having a bad day, i do not know. I went to go get my drink remade or even just add another shot and some chocolate but was going to be charged more money in order to get the drink I had initially ordered. This is more than just a coffee shop. It is a place where you can get coffee and ice cream and bubble tea among other drinks, but it is also a place that gives back to the community. They have events for youth as well as an area for them to meet. They have a bakery case with a large number of pies, cakes, and cookies among other things. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. This place goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. It is a good place to meet up with friends and family or with people from The team from the office when you need and informal environment...

One word: Perfect. Honestly, in all my years of living various places, drinking various coffee and chai, and getting tired of companies like Starbucks and even Radina’s using box mixes - The House delivers EVERY time. My two favorites, aside from Coffee and an espresso shot, are their Chai and Lavender Lattes. I’m telling you..the BEST Chai ☕️ you’ll find. They don’t use a box mix like LITERALLY every one else does..they make the Chai mix themselves - and it’s absolutely glorious, fabulous, divine, you pick a work.. you owe it to yourself and to this business owner and his employees - go...
