Attempted a visit; was poorly communicated to when booking my appt. Regarding prices and what needed doing. When I called I explained my hair length and such, got there and they didn’t have enough of the product to do my hair…I was understanding as I have a lot of hair.. but when it came to pricing I kept asking as like anyone I want to make sure I can pay for the service I’m receiving. After beating around the bush and already being disappointed that they weren’t prepped for my hair. The stylist finally gave me a price, the bleaching alone was expensive and at that point I was embarrassed and disappointed, as she gave me a half hug and exclaimed “ I’m so sorry do you want to reschedule for when your more prepared financially “ I came in wanting to do something nice for myself and to feel good, left feeling hot faced and on the verge of tears. Not only did she do a great job, but she also took the time to answer all my questions, show me what she’s doing and was SO kind! She was gentle with my scalp after bleaching my hair, and made sure to keep the integrity of my hair as well! Jennie was also extremely kind and made me feel super comfortable in the salon, and got just as excited as me after the hair was done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great service by Gracie! I was traveling from out of state and staying in the area a few days and I needed a wash and style. A local friend suggested this salon. Gracie was great she got me in at a timely manner. I had about a weeks worth of dry shampoo and 3 rows of sewn in wefts, she was very thorough and gentle with my extensions.
