If you’re looking for an event space with creative ideas, incredible attention to detail and vintage charm, this is the spot for you!

Mia has taken this sweet farmhouse in Sewickley and turned it into the sweetest space. When you pull up, you are welcomed by the neon pink glow of the horse trailer outside. My event didn’t include that space, but I took a peek and can just imagine the possibilities, from small outdoor events to photoshoots. For the event to which I was invited, a holiday Hallmark movie night, there was a big crowd and two gentlemen were serving as valets, setting a nice tone for the evening. When I left later, I had forgotten my coat inside and one asked me to describe it and ran into retrieve it for me, just next-level service!

Inside, everything was so thoughtfully curated to make for an unforgettable evening. There was an assortment of festive food ranging from local Aychomelange macarons, some of them artfully arranged into little Christmas tree towers with marshmallow layers, to egg salad sandwiches, to Little Debbie snack dip. There were multiple activities available, ranging from bingo based on the Hallmark movie (with prizes), in a specially decorated movie theater room including a retro popcorn machine and soft pretzel wall, to a tea demonstration with Abeille Voyant Tea Co., to a retro photo booth to take home memories of the night. Did I mention it was a PJ party? Everything was just so thoughtfully done, including little favor bags to take home.

Mia and Melody were fantastic hosts and left no detail unthought of. I will definitely be back soon, whether it’s for one of their tea events or a privately booked one (my book club is definitely...

We had my daughter’s 7th birthday party at Oh So Frilly Events, and it could not have been more perfect. The space is intimate and quaint—absolutely ideal for a charming tea party celebration. From the moment we arrived, Mia and her staff made us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, endlessly patient with an excited group of 7-year-olds, and showed such remarkable attention to detail in every aspect of the day.

The tea sets were gorgeous—delicate, vintage-inspired pieces that made the experience feel extra special. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, and the history of the home adds a layer of magic to the whole atmosphere. It truly felt like stepping into a storybook.

The food was absolutely delicious—everything from the dainty tea sandwiches to the sweet treats was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. And the photo booth? Such a hit! The props and charming setup gave us the cutest, most memorable snapshots of the day. The gumball machine was also a total favorite—kids couldn’t get enough of it!

My daughter and her friends had the best time—laughing, sipping tea (with pinkies up!), enjoying the treats, and striking their best poses. It was the perfect blend of elegance and fun, and a memory we will cherish for years to come.
