Center of Family Love — Local services in Okarche

I've worked through agency for the center for 1 year if not more than a year, and I absolutely loved it at first. One day, I had a resident try to go after another resident, and I got in between them to stop it. And one of the residents turned on me and hit me multiple times and kicked me I finally slapped her to get her to stop hitting me and went and called who ever I needed to call and get help. Needless to say, staff has no protection from abuse coming from residents, and even though my work history was impeccable, that didn't even matter. I was still DNR and wasn't able to press charges against that resident because of the kind of facility it is, even though this resident is very lucid. The cops did tell me I can take other Avenues but I just wanted other hopeful employees to see this first, the residents are scared of this same person and has been verbally abused by her also as well as...

To silence the haters once and for all this facility is amazing! The care they show for each individual patient with such an exponential flow of new arrivals is astounding. The employees were amazing to us. Contrary to an unnamed reviewer, the employees were polite and loving towards the people in their care. Contrary to another unnamed reviewer if they keep sending letters to your deceased mother that shows just how much they miss her. The freedom that they give these talented adults allows them to have a paying job and partner with the community to help bring the kingdom of God to come. Awesome little place that stands out to me for the staff it uses both the regulars and the agency ones. They seem to go above and beyond and attempt to be sure the residents are cared after and happy as best as they possibly can. When i was there this last time the staff i think was Felica something a little short woman but she was an absolute delight to converse with and she happily helped me with the information i was needing and for that its a huge thank you. I do think the staff here stood out the most to me here as they really just seemed on it and enjoying their jobs simultaneously....
