Avoid this sonic if at all possible, you will just be disappointed. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. About a month ago I got dinner here for myself and my husband. When I opened up my burger and took a bite the patty was burnt but it was also cold. I had already been headed home when I was eating so I couldn't just turn around for them to replace it. I went to grab my receipt to call and make a complaint but I didnt have one. The next morning I stopped to get a drink told the woman what had happened the night before, she told me she would add me to a list to get 2 free burgers. Fast forward to tonight! I was not on the list for a free burger and I saw the list, it was long! After being there for 15 minutes of trying to explain to the manager on duty and him not trying to make anything better, he finally called the GM who told him to just give me the free burger. But he said "she told me to just give it to you but next time you should keep your receipt so you have proof of purchase." 1. A month ago I never got a receipt 2. Who keeps a receipt from sonic, from a month ago, in their car!? So when I got home tonight I decided to look at my receipt to do a survey and I had no receipt!!! Read moreAs a fast food place it does pretty well on actually being fast but some nights they tend to be slower. However, my food always tastes well. They have got my order wrong several times, it’s getting better though as time goes by. It is a newer location and they are getting better. I’d say it is an overall solid 3.5 but I’ll round up. It’s good enough that I’ll be a returning customer. Staff has always been nice!
Edit: These past few months I’ve noticed a drastic change in the quality of the food and service. I don’t expect them to be high quality by any means but I do expect for them to at least get my order right more than 6/10 which IMO is giving them a lot of leeway. Sadly that is not the case, these new workers, which have been there a a few months I mind you, have got my order wrong or forgot something completely 9/10! That is why I have to leave a following edit. The newer employees disappoint me. Not sure about shifts but if so it’s in the evening. I do go to this location frequently when I forget to pack a lunch therefore I’m not speaking from a couple of trips, I’m talking about several throughout the past few months.

Read moreVERY DISAPPOINTED Most of the time they are extremely slow and rarely get my order correct. I have talked to several "managers" on the phone and they still mess up my orders. I work close by and go there for my dinner quite frequently (at least 3-4 times a week) because everything else is closed. It usually takes them at least 15-20 minutes to make me a Corndog and a large drink....and that's between 4:30-4:45pm with maybe 1-2 other customers at the time. And that's on my way to work...if I need something to get me thru til my dinner break at 8pm. Very disappointed with almost every experience I've had at this location. I guess my next step is to contact corporate and I really don't want to do that. Seems like Corporate would've seen at least some of these horrible reviews and showed a little bit of concern by now.
