Love pinball? They've got you covered. Pool your game? They've got several tables. This is to my knowledge the only standalone traditional arcade that still exists in the OKC metro. There are a variety of ticket dispensing games and some really fun prizes for all ages. Unlike all those places that also sell pizzas and gimmicks, they aren't overpriced for gaming tokens and the ticket to prize ratio is realistic. All the staff is friendly and usually easy to find through the building in case you have a problem with a game or token dispenser. If you're looking for a great place to do a birthday party, this is definitely somewhere to go! There are multiple party rooms and a variety of token packages to suit your needs. Even better, you get to set the number of token cards you need (and the amound on them) and don't get upcharged after a certain guest number. We keep coming back for parties because they are so easy to do!
Bottom line, this is a great family friendly place that won't break the bank...but it would also work for a date night (they do offer a variety of beers and even wine) or just some relaxing fun on your own. If you haven't been in a while, there have been many updates, especially regarding the problems many other reviews have mentioned about confusing/multiple payment methods. There is also lots of signage to help you know if you are in a quarter...
Read moreWhen I came here I was not greeted upon walking in. So I walked around for a minute and dropped some money into a change machine, which proceeded to spit out a bunch of tokens. Walked around for a bit and realized only about 4 machines actually use the tokens. Upon asking if I could switch these out for quarters to use in the pinball machines. The clerk explained quite sarcastically that I should have read the signs posted, but ever so graciously offered to give a play card to use at the machines that use them. I looked around for a bit more and decided to go ahead and make the transfer, and was taken care of by a second clerk who seemed equally as exasperated to be doing their job. I feel as though if anyone had greeted and explained that there were three methods of payment in use as we entered, or offered any assistance at all, then this problem could have been avoided. I don't think I will return so I can be talked down to like I'm an idiot, overall very disappointed in a place that seemed very...
Read moreAs far as the arcade games and availability goes, this is a phenomenal facility. It features an equal mixture of contemporary gaming and retro gaming, but that's where the positive feedback stops. The staff were highly unprofessional, inconsiderate, and the least bit helpful.
We were not greeted upon arrival, which is understandable as it can be busy, but due to this we were forced to figure out their method of payment ourselves. They use a mixture of gaming cards, quarters, and tokens depending upon each individual game. By accident, we purchased $20 worth of tokens not realizing they were mixed throughout until afterwards. When we approached the staff to attempt to remedy the issue by exchanging them for either game cards or quarters (so we could play more than three games, as the token selection is rather limited) they each laughed in our faces. You can have a great arcade, but poor customer service will ensure you succeed in losing...
