I spent 290.00 in this store today after saving for 3 Mos for this toy as I'm disabled. When I made the purchase I was told by the very helpful and nice employee that we couldn't test the machine because she wasn't aloud to open it. So when I got home i noticed that it was used and missing pieces. After returning to the store after only 9 minutes the employee called the manager who accused me if using the toy and trying to return it she told me I was stuck with the product. I didn't want my money back I wanted a product that has all the pieces and works properly and hasn't been used. But instead I'm called a liar by the manager. I'm not a liar ma'am I am appaled that you ma'am are employed by anyone. I will camp out in front of this store if necessary to prove this woman is ruining...

Product was faulty, they have policy stating no refunds no exchanges but the employee said she would write our name down and shouldn’t be a issue if product didn’t work properly! Product was completely dead. She did start charging it but after bout 10 mins still charging and wouldn’t come on yet she said just charge it completely and we would be fine NOPE!!!! Well after going back and forth with mgr. etc. we just basically wasted our money! And nothing was done to help us! The employee was at fault she wasn’t suppose to sell us the product without showing us that it worked properly mgr. said that was policy but even with that it was just have a nice day and thanks for the money. We will not go back and will make sure people...

Very surprised to have found all three thing that I was planning to buy for my bday. I visited a different place and was not to sure of quality of one of items I wanted. So I looked you up on maps and I was close so decided I look and see if you might have there. When I came into this store I was greeted by the staff. The girl was very polite an helpful with all the questions I had. She was very patient me and I ended up getting the product she recommended. I most definitely will be coming back with my wife to show her the store! She loved what I brought home, for "my bday"!...
