Burger King — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I would give zero Stars if I could I keep being given raw bacon on my bacon cheeseburgers part of the trio order. I mean RAW. Straight from the fridge raw. Even cold like it came directly from the fridge. I called and ask they make it crispy at which point I was hung up on twice. So when I got there I went in and they refused to say who kept hanging up on me or WHY? so then I asked how am I supposed to request bacon that isn't raw be put on my burgers? They said it's already fully cooked. They do NOTHING with it other than pull it from the fridge and put it on the food! They are saying it's not heated. But if that's the case then WHY is it raw, slimy, pink, and gross? Also I said they did it for me on the last order. He immediately said they were refusing my service! There's more back and forth and I was told then order it without the bacon. Not to mention they don't make the food properly they are always forgetting several items in each order and you have to go back around to get it at which point u have to wait up to 20 min even tho ypur the only customer there. The manager refused well he says he's the manager I don't believe that he is he refused to give the manager's name his name I asked him for the manager's number above him he claims he's the assistant manager of the district which is BS he's not I said then I want the corporate managers number and he refused that as well claiming that that's him that he is all of the managers which isn't even possible and that's a lie also according to their rules and standards for them as Burger King they have to give those numbers at which...

I am revising my review: First of all, I go to the Burger King on I-35 and SE 66th Street all the time and the icee machine is ALWAYS BROKEN!! It has been broken for almost 2 months now and nobody bothers to fix it! If you are not going to fix the machine so that people can order icees, then remove the icees from the menu and all other places that you advertise! This is very unprofessional and if you don't lose business at this location, then it was probably never very busy anyway! Food is good, customer service is OK, but not having the products that you advertise and not fixing the situation so that you can begin to offer those products, is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and it makes ALL Burger Kings look bad. Until this is fixed, I will not be returning to ANY Burger King and I will also tell my friends to go somewhere else as well! You cannot do good business if you are going to falsely advertise items on your menu! Second of all, I went to your website and clicked on the contact us button several times and it does nothing! It just sits there FOREVER!! I would contact the manager at the store but I have already complained about this issue to them already and they said that they told the GM about it and it NEVER gets fixed. I can see why your contact us button does not work... You would be busy with negative comments and complaints all the time!! I am done with Burger King!!...

Today I was shocked been going to this location for quite a while probably since birth went through the drive-thru today and within 2 seconds we knew we had the same guy at the window as we did about 2 weeks ago reason we knew that is that he was so professional and courteous the first time and we were absolutely sure it was him again because we had been going to this place and have had horrible wait times and horrible food the last time we were there with the same man the food was the best it's ever been the store you could look inside and see that it was very clean and his professionalism was awesome one other thing that had us smiling is that he remembered us from 2 weeks ago Burger King you have a shining star working for you it would be a shame if he was to go anywhere else it's been a long time since they're has been a good rapport from me when it comes to drive through workers most of them they don't care if you get all the way home and your food is cold or missing whatever has happened to this Burger King it's been a very satisfying visit and I will return and I will tell others about...
