Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this jeweler. I took a ring (a ring that my deceased father gave me) in to get remounted. It has a turquoise gem in it so , of course, they have to remove it to prevent damage. They told me it would be ready in 7-10 days and quoted me $50 for this repair. I got busy and didn't think about checking on the status until a couple of weeks had passed. So, I called and asked. They said they had been short handed and fell behind, of course. But, there was no communication about it until I called them. No apologies either, just excuses. They said it would take them couple of more days, but they were working on it. So, I called them , again, and they said it was ready to be picked up. I got there, they gave me my ring. They had another excuse for taking twice the time they promised, that they didn't realize that the gem was glued in and had to soak it in a solution to dissolve the glue and remove the gem. They will not have my business ever again nor will I recommend them. Not because of the delayed competition, but because of their lack of manners and...

It's a smaller retail selection than some of the big stores, but they make up for it in personal service & they have catalogs of items to choose from as well. I highly recommend giving them a shot! You won't be dissapointed. (take a look at the negative reviewers other reviews... They are...
Read moreThe lady at the store was friendly. However the gentleman/jeweler lacks in people skills. My fiancee and myself stopped in to inquire about getting a silver ring fitted/adjusted slightly. And the gentleman's body language (loud sighs, dropping his shoulders and looking away) along with his tone of voice and the wordage he used. Was uncomfortably obvious that he had better things to do and that we were wasting his time. Their quality of work is unknown and their customer...
