I had the "pellets" procedure for Testosterone Replacement Therapy and after paying over $1,000 I actually felt worse! Also, I STILL have a big lump protruding from my back where they inserted the pellets! It's been nearly 6 months and I still don't feel right, I have no energy, no labido, I feel weak and cannot focus mentally. I have been keeping the company informed all along the way during the last 5+ months and they never once offered a credit or refund so I asked for one and they said there is no refund on pellets! When I first went to Reclaim Aesthetics, I was assured by four people there including the doctor that (Quote )"Marshall, you will feel so much better if you get our pellets"! I have felt worse for the entire time I've had the pellets!!! Don't waste your money here! You should go to a "real" Doctor and get your TRT! I will be taking this issue to the BBB and will be filing a complaint with them! I should probably sue them so they can't continue to take advantage of people.
