Nice Antique and more Mall. I find it rather strange some vendors are nice and willing to deal if they are there in the building some don’t even speak. I have been to this place several times in the last year and watch the merchandise change very often. So this little shop I am sure has a fair amount of traffic. I am always looking for my antique “fix” and normally I never leave empty handed. Many of the dealers have their own website. So for shut ins, and the elderly their web sites do show what they have in their booth. This building is handicap accessible and has public restrooms.

Vender 66 sells new bottles with "replica" labels. The problem with this is that the description tags on the bottles alude to them being original as well as the price. I could see the pixels from the printer on one bottle. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front she said "I noticed that as well. Seams a little shady but if they are selling the owner probably won't do anything. I'm just one of the venders".

I have visited this antique mall for at least 10 years, and the current version of the mall is undoubtedly the best it has ever been with the highest number of booths filled that I have ever seen here. They have a good selection of small to medium-sized items at fair prices. They have a good mix of vintage, antiques, collectibles, and some smaller furniture pieces. I appreciate that they offer a public restroom and that they have an attached parking lot with ample parking space. The turnover rate of items is fair with new items arriving frequently but some booths have had the same items for months.

Like many antique malls, this one is located in an older building that has been repurposed and has some issues. This antique mall has poor lighting which makes it difficult to inspect items for damage, identification marks, etc. Another thing that I suspect is due to the nature of the building is that while the building is heated and cooled, it is often a little too warm or cool. Dress for outdoor conditions and time your visits accordingly if this is a concern.

One more frustrating aspect of this store is that it has a bad traffic flow. The cashwrap is located right in front of the entrance/exit, which is also where the restrooms are located. This is all located at the far northwest corner of the store and blocks both the north/south aisle and the east/west aisle. It would help matters if the store owner accounted for traffic flow and eliminated the shelves and racks near the cashwrap to make more room for people to enter/exit the store and to form a queue for the register.

However the aspect of the store that most affected my rating is their policies that negatively impact customer service. One long-term policy that is outdated is the fee to use a credit card for any transaction, regardless of amount charged. In this day, credit card use fees are just a cost of doing business and I feel like the store owners should absorb that fee rather than passing it onto their customers.

This shop has always had a no large purse/bag policy which is standard among antique stores and is very reasonable and understandable, but they recently implemented a new “no purse” policy. To accommodate customers who are unaware of the policy, the store offers a few lockers for purses - also located in the aforementioned congested area by the cashwrap - but the padlocks are small, poorly constructed, and would be easily breached. In fact, the one I tried to use was already broken and had only been in operation for a few days. The alternative solution the staff offered was to leave my purse in my car. Although I chose to do that, this is not a valid option and is a security risk.

Staff said this policy is due to an increase in the number of broken items, presumably from purses and bags of all sizes. However, instead of blaming customers entirely, a more balanced approach from the owner should be to evaluate booths to see if overcrowded shelves and precariously balanced items are partially to blame for the increase in broken items. I can attest that is definitely an issue with several booths in this store. There are multiple booths that are so tight and crowded with breakable objects that I have always opted to skip them rather than risk breaking something, even though I’m not a large person. In addition to being detrimental to the items, risky for customers, and looking messy, it sends the message that this store is not inclusive to customers of all shapes and sizes.

Even the aisles seemed more cluttered than usual on my last visit, especially the middle aisle. I believe that people should be careful in public places, but the store also has a responsibility to provide a reasonably safe and accessible environment for their customers.

I don’t like leaving less than positive reviews, but I hope this review helps the shop owner to see some opportunities for improvement, or at least helps others be prepared should they...

Pretty ludicrous place. It's called "warehouse" but it's really not any bigger than your standard antique "mall", so if you're expecting a big place it's average at best. Prices seemed to be in line with most antique places - high - but the most ludicrous thing of all was inside this relatively small place were no fewer than FIVE separate booths with a blacklight on their uranium glassware. Those kind of dealers not only overcharge for even their basic items but it's just an obtuse amount of them in one place. I've been to truly MASSIVE antique malls 10x the size of this place that only have 1 vendor with a blacklight. It really takes the fun out of hunting for things when they've all already been found, overpriced, and highlighted for all to find. The guy at the counter when I visited was pleasant and kind but the overall experience...
