At first the service was great, but the service after the sale has not been a good experience. I purchased a high end sofa , recliner , footstool and kitchen set. The sofa , recliner and footstool has broken down and had to be repaired 3 times and waiting on them to get back with me on the 4th repair. I purchased the extended warranty on the items and they are now not returning my phone calls for the needed repairs. Also purchased a very large and expensive bedroom suite. The mattress has already broken down in less than 2 years. It too has a warranty with it. When I asked for a copy of the extended warranty on the items, I was told there was nothing in writing as to what it covers but told me it covered any repairs needed. Now they are making up excuses and had me sign a form that they said they needed signed for the pickup on repair. Still waiting on a callback for repairs. I spent over 15,000 on these items and they are broken down so many times and there is just my husband and myself that lives here and we do not have any kids or grandchildren so there are no kids to jump around on the furniture. I have contacted the BBB and they are not a member of the BBB per the BBB office. The BBB provided me with 2 other ways to file a complaint and my next option will be to file a claim in court. There is no reason the furniture at this price should break dot like this. It’s not right that they charge you over 1,000 for the extended warranty and cannot provide you with nothing but a sales slip to show you have the extended warranty and nothing in writing to show what is and is not covered. Now they are not returning my calls and I am only halfway through my warranty time period. I wish I had taken my business somewhere else. They made their sale and do not care about service after the sale . I am only asking for service after the sale and for them to return my phone calls. This doe not count the many times they cancelled the service calls because their staff did not show up for work on those days. They do their own in house repairs out of their van at your house, so i don’t believe the repairs are being done by a qualified repair person or it would not continually break down in less than 2 yrs time in the same places. Last time the repair person said he had was replacing a part due to the springs. He repaired it in the house and all he did was to put in a piece of foam and staple it back down. Read moreHad the sincere pleasure in shopping at Neal's Furniture recently with Ms. Brittany as my sales associate. Not often you can say it's a true pleasure in spending money but it truly was. Ms. Brittany helped me with financing and shopping from start to finish. I purchased the coffee table, end tables and entertainment center with faux fireplace I love and they look absolutely fantastic in my living room. I went back to purchase an area rug for the living room. I had seen what I wanted on Pinterest and sent her pictures of several different ones. She took the time to search through so many catalogs for me and when I came back had found my number one choice. It was ordered and bless her she felt so bad it was back ordered and I had to wait for many weeks. But is a popular style and so worth the wait. I love it and it ties all together wonderfully. Now she is trying to find my dining set I saw several years ago on just a description. Ms Brittany truthfully is as tenacious as a bulldog in finding you what your furniture desires are. The great thing is her approach. She doesn't crowd you or make you feel pressured but takes information you give and assist in anyway possible. Her attitude is sweet but never pushy and if you say your just looking your not stalked. But she stays within distance to assist if needed. The atmosphere in the store is pleasant and with sales associates such as Ms. Brittany you'll have a great experience. Having shopped there all my future furniture purchases in my remodel will be at Neal's with Ms Brittany as my sales associate. I now know they may not have it but with this young lady she'll break her neck to find it for you. I look forward to many more purchases with this business and this is definitely a 5 star business and a 5 star...
Read moreI am in the process of starting over so I needed furniture Colin help me find exactly what I needed but it was on back order so I patiently waited. Well turns out there is a FOAM shortage everywhere. We'll sleeping on a blow up mattress can get old really quickly especially when you have arthritis in your back. I went back to see if something could be done and I could maybe get a different brand that they have in stock but NO only the memory foam is what they keep in stock which is good but I CAN'T SLEEP ON THOSE...sure enough they tried their best to find one but no go. I tell you what they did do.....when I mentioned me sleeping on that air mattress on the floor, Mike (I think is his name) allowed me to look at other sofas (mine is on back order until May) and switch it out and sure enough they had just got a group in the day before and I loved it. Turns out the one I had on order is to large for my space ...this one fits perfect. And guess what, he asked the delivery department if they could deliver it THAT DAY and they said YES. Guys and Dolls if quality furniture, accessories and Fantastic service is what you're looking for, then Neal's is the place to be. Visit their showroom and ANYONE of the sales team can help you.
