A small takeout Chinese eatery with a fairly standard menu selection bearing high average prices. Hong Kong Express serves americanized Chinese fare. Set in a small strip mall, there seems to be adequate parking. Upon entering, the first impression is clean. Featuring newer furnishings, decor and construction. As a child took my order and payment, this is clearly a family business. So I've only had one dish at this place. I can say for freshness of ingredients, it's excellent. For amount of meat added, average. Unfortunately my dish was extremely bland. I had to add 7 packets of various sauce and that was still not enough. As I make this dish at home, the main sauce is soy. I wish I had grabbed more. Speaking of sauce, no sauce, forks, chopsticks or napkins were added or offered. I'm glad I checked and added on my own. The most delicious asian food in the area!!! We've ordered from other places around, but DAMN this food is so freaking tasty. Every dish is a hit, but we love the chicken and cashews, the eggplant in garlic sauce, the steamed dumplings, and other traditional favorites like sesame or general tso's chicken, etc. The kids LOVE the lo-main and the sweet and sour chicken.
