Contacted them before by phone about a replacement part for my dishwasher, the person who picked up my call was very rude, did not have the part in-house and with utmost impatience started asking for my information to order the part, "How are you going to pay for this?", and when I did not give him the information he promptly hangup on me. Couple of years from my first experience, I made the mistake of calling them to see about another universal appliance part before I take the trip to the store, I told the gentleman who picked up my call what it is but to my luck I could not recall the model number, he started educating me how important this is and how "you have to give me information to give you information", I recalled the voice then. I pulled the model number and called him back, he searched for the item number and told me "keep this number so that we do not look it up again" and read out some digits! And same as my previous experience, with the same rudeness and impatience, he started asking my information to order the part and have it ready for pick-up in a day or two, I told him "thank you but ..." and he hangup the phone (again). please read they are crooks, they use a few businesses names on Google maps but this is the hub. I paid a repair man under the name of reliance to repair my oven, three weeks went by and they never showed or called me back on why the three day repair was in the third week range. after speaking to my tenant I find when they did the "estimate" they never even tried to turn the oven on no less open the oven up and see what was wrong. they came to read the model number off of my oven and were gone. I traced that company back to this one because this is who charged my card I talked to the moron on the phone who informed me it was his brother in-law and he wouldn't refund my money for the work they never did. bad business. I don't have time to do write ups but in this case I wanted other people to know to stay away from this place. not only will they scam you they will threaten you on the phone. I gave them a chance to refund my money and I wouldn't do a write up but he said "nobody cares, everyone knows the costumer is a wrong we are a business they will trust us over you" well I guess we will see about...

I have to say, we still have good people in America, I needed a $8.00 part for my washing machine, It was a saturday afternoon and my wife had tons of laundry to do. I called all around and this was the only place I found. I was 30 minutes away and they were 30 minutes from closing time. I raced there but got stuck on a little traffic 2 blocks away from the place and didn't have the number to call. Well I drove there anyway already expecting the store to be closed and when I got there, the store was closed but the owner left the part I needed taped to the door with a note that was Ok to make the payment over the phone on monday morning. He didn't know me, I never had business done with them before, but he still trusted me and saved my weekend. I will recommend Appliance Parts America to anyone whoever needs appliances parts.
